Newsom's victory lap after a Clinton judge upheld his lawsuit against President Trump last week looks even more buffoonish after a California appellate court just took another stab at his ego.
I appreciate this update, Julie. It is still mind boggling to see these lower tier district judges essentially installing themselves in the Oval Office as they countermand the lawful decisions made by President Trump, and not only in this specific case, either. It's equally astonishing that Newsom keeps banging his head against the wall in his lame attempt to portray himself as heroic. Coming from the man who has overseen the nearly complete disintegration of a once-proud state, this is a pathetic display of childish behavior better suited for a two year old.
Trump federalized the National Guard to interfere with the Democrat plan to stage another 100 day Summer of love (started in July of 2020) destruction festival.
He had the right, he took the right and made it happen. So, at least now, Los Angeles cities are not going to be burned down to the foundation. AND THE COURTS UPHELD THAT TRUMP ACTION.

Back in the 1970’s a boy’s prepatory school hired psychologists from Yale University to conduct a “wellness check” so to say. Many questions were asked of the student body in voluminous “on a scale of 1-10” questionnaires. One question which stood out was rating the level of “sarcasm” at said school. 1 being low to none and 10 being a lot. Well it will not surprise you for a minute that the student body enmasse all noted that the level of sarcasm was about nonexistent a rousing majority of “1’s” helped the Yale study to demonstrate to the trustees and faculty that all was well as there was “no sarcasm” at said preparatory school. No of course not. We were tortured by amateurs, when this writer got to US Marine Corps Officer Candidate School he learned what it was like to be tourtured by professioanals. There is no sarcasm on Julie Kelly’s “Declassified” substack posts!
Anyone who read my previous comment about the current L.A. Riots and that I work relatively close to these brutal protests but don't live there (so I escape and go nowhere near L.A. anymore) probably get it that I have nothing but disgust for Newsom.
I find it gently hilarious that anyone of the Dem. Party have such an inflated ego that they loudly and openly spew that they will "win" against the POTUS with their flimsy multiple lawsuits. It's pretty sick dumb that with the massive team of really smart lawyers that Trump has, that pee-ons like Gavin Newsom, Karen Bass, Jamie Raskin, Dan Goldman, Jerry stinks Nadler and any other pre and post puppet Biden genuflectors keep thinking that they have a viable argument on the deployment of the Federalized National Guard.
What the H, is going on with the "Puppet" losers? They just keep making themselves look dumber and dumber with each consecutive tantrum inclusive of foot stamping and quivering lower lip action.
They lost and they will continue to lose. Plus, I am so looking forward to eating a piece of the cake that reads "TRUMP WON AGAIN and AGAIN! Frankly, I believe that there will be a cavalcade of those cakes coming along one right after the other. Or maybe, at least one should read "NEWSCUM is a NEWT, DUH".
It's great to see that the appellate court's decision outlined the specific acts of violence against federal law enforcement in these latest LA riots. This should be shoved in the face of leftists whenever the "mostly peaceful" incantation is uttered. My god, I wonder how many years a J6er would have got for tossing a Molotov Cocktail or shattering the wrist of a Capital Police officer. Never mind the constant reminders of such acts by the MSM. Really great reporting on this Julie.
I have a suggestion for the little boy poser who thinks he's the Governor of California.
Gavin: If you are so concerned about the California National Guard attacking citizens, then do your job and demand that the local police do the job they're supposed to, as they arrest these rioters in the streets. You do have a point: The President should not have to be calling in the Guard to arrest rioters. But your point ends with that period. You should be the one that will take it to the streets, as you keep the peace by telling the police to do their jobs, as you do yours. Unfortunately, you do yours so poorly, and that's how these riots keep happening.
If these laws are really so onerous, then tell your representatives in Congress to work to change these laws. The President's job is to enforce those laws. Just like it's the Governor's job to enforce the laws also, instead of saying he will defy federal laws and prevent the enforcement of those laws.
After you do all that, then go review "I'm Just a Bill," so you can understand how laws are made.

But ugh, Newsom! He's my governor unfortunately. He's ruined our state. If elections in CA were fair, honest and secure, the recall of Newsom several years ago would have succeeded. I guarantee you cheating took place so he could remain in power. He is not liked here by the majority of Californians.

My husband & I just commented on how we never used to hate judges. What a difference 5 months can make.
