02/12/26: Screw the bastard. Ignore his orders on the grounds that he is leading an insurrection against a democratically elected government.

Does King Boasberg have enough rooms for 137 illegals in his house?

HR's avatar

The U.S. Government needs to detain and release all illegal alien criminals freed by Boasberg and other judicial tyrants on Martha's Vineyard.

According to Grok he lives in a tony area of DC. I’m sure his neighbors would welcome his new guests.

This is getting older and stupider with every decision. Good to know that appeal is possible. These deportees likely received Final Warrants of Removal from Immigration Judges, with one being disallowed from removal to Venezuela? There are 137+ more with no need for habeas if the immigration court has ruled. The nonprofit ACLU can use donations to purchase flights and electronic devices. SMH

Great question!

Impeachment? Will never happen or even begin. More importantly, I’m wondering what the US Supreme Court members are thinking watching the entire judiciary system run amok nationwide. Will they step in and halt the insanity - or let the US destroy itself? We can rely on only 6 - the remaining 3 are useless!

There is no question they created this mess particularly related to AEA. They should have never kicked it back to the 5th circuit claiming AEA subject have some sort of due process rights. Now here we are, nearly a year later, and this question is still languishing at the appellate level. SCOTUS won't be able to address until later this year at the earliest.

Boasberg, or Lurch, really irks me. I hope the Supreme Court puts his haughty ass back in its place. And honestly, its place is not as a judge anywhere in the system, at any level. He probably would find his best fit in some capacity in a liberal non-profit like the ACLU, People for the American Way or Public Citizen. For there's nothing non-partisan about this waste of oxygen. But with his temperament I don't think snything but retirement would do. I sure hope karma is a thing and that his comes in public view.

Boasberg is a colossal fool cosplaying a federal judge. Why have efforts to impeach him for his illegal rulings not been vigorously pursued by Republicans?

Julie Kelly's avatar

Because they are cowards and now allowing the Epstein files to be an excuse not to do anything meaningful.

Judy Radigan's avatar

Yep our coward republicans continue to ignore the overstepping of the judges. I guess their under the table money keeps on coming. Where is the great Jim Jordan of Judiciary or Mr. Comer of Oversight. They hv plenty of time to waste on Epstein but are crickets on this important issue.

Writing strongly worded letters!! Pansy Asses!!! All of them! We see it clearly!!

Michelle Dostie's avatar

Did you view yesterday’s Judicial hearing? Hours of Democrats reclaiming their time.

KimboThisIsMyCountry2's avatar

Watching those “hearings” is a colossal waste of time. I really wish they would stop showing them on TV. Or better yet let the Dems have their own hearing and the Reps have their own hearing because the Dems are hysterical!

Michelle Dostie's avatar

I don’t watch them on TV. Clips of them are played before the news podcasts I watch.

War Eagle's avatar

The DOJ on March 13, send him a really short letter to “GO POUND SAND “, and ending with this, Thank you for your attention to this matter!

WI Patriot's avatar

I would like to know, where did the ACLU get the $26 million in funds? I'm sure they are a "non-profit" and the DOJ should look into it.

Julie Kelly's avatar

I am sure they raised a ton of money last year representing all these illegals.

Smarmy SOB. You fly them back on YOUR dime if your want these gangbangers back so badly. You can house them with you as well. I am sick of this!

I am not one to discount the history of broken politics as our system has seen periods of the worst level of corruption and graft, but in this day and age, the number of brazen unelected activist liberal federal judges attempting to impede the legal authority of our duly elected President and his administration is off the charts.

Another activist judge just ruled that the US military cannot punish veteran Senator Kelly for his video attempting to encourage insurrection by the troops.

Are they pushing the people to do violence to get this to stop? How else can we solve this problem?

Julie Kelly's avatar

I am not sure what else to do, Frank, except impeach a few. Show how the process works, expose all they communications, all their ties to partisan interest groups (like Schiltz), family political interests, etc. Pull jurisdictions and funding.

Michael Smith's avatar

The judge in crafting his remedy cites Justice Sotomayor's separate statement in the Abrego Garcia ruling. But that was joined by only Kagan and Jackson.

In other words, something 6 justices, a clear majority, didn't sign onto.

Graham Selkirk's avatar

What an over-pompous judicial grub whom the Chief Justice should be reining in through disciplinary measures available only under SCOTUS’s purview along with the POTUS and Congress. Talk about overstepping his judicial responsibility AND to do consistently above and beyond the rule of law setting hugely bad examples for many junior judges and magistrate-judges.

Julie Kelly's avatar

Boasberg's clerks are a huge feeder to Roberts' court. I am sure they are big buddies. Hence Roberts warning against impeachment.

Graham Selkirk's avatar

I think you will be correct, and their influence is everywhere. I made a similar comment on X and I found myself de-boosted by them, re-flagged and now cannot get reset even though premium status. Complained to Elon Reeve Musk (including about all the scammers claiming to be him, it came back at me as if I am the scammer but I think I gave Boasberg army an excuse. Seems to be growing into an Bannon/Epstein saga rival.

Just can’t believe the Supreme Court can be influenced by an obviously rogue pack of activist judicial judges, magistrate judges and their lackies.

I suspect most of us know a BoasTard, someone so opinionated it's quite futile to present a contrarian argument. They last much longer in academia and judicia, compared to the pressure of the realm of private profit. This man, is dangerous to our society.

Seems like it’s time for the Trump administration to ignore the rantings of little Jimmy BoBo. What’s he gonna do - shake his fist at them? Yell at clouds? He’s demonstrating that he’s nothing but a bald eunuch wearing a black robe.

A Ghost In The Machine's avatar

To paraphrase Pres. Andrew Jackson: “Boasberg has made his decision, now let him enforce it,"

Pres. Trump should disregard Boasberg’s decision just as Jackson disregarded John Marshal’s SCOTUS decision.

Rev. Karlan Fairchild, MDiv's avatar

Thanks for this piece, Julie. I will be very brief because I'm hopeful that President Trump tells that Marxist-Wearing-a-Black-Robe two things: first, not only no but hell no; second, go to hell! It's way past time to put that Marxist-Wearing-a-Black-Robe back in his lane and remind him that President Trump has the Constitutional authority over foreign affairs and that included immigration.

May it be so.

Yep. Don't even respond to his deadlines. Or do with one answer. "Pound sand."
