I’d tell this Judge to go pound sand, the Supreme Court has ruled in the DOJ’s favor and the case is null and void. This disgusting Judge should be immediately removed from the bench and charged with violating his oath of office.

Watching an interview of Sam Harris, an otherwise objective thinker, go off on his TDS rant repeating all the Democrat anti-Trump talking points, words and phrases like a ghetto hip-hop rapper, I realized then that otherwise seemingly bright and capable people have a level of previously hidden cognitive disfunction that Trump has caused them to reveal. Boasberg is obviously in that camp.

Nah. Boasberg is simply a dishonorable and creepy character.

And corrupt and compromised. His daughter was involved with the NGO who filed this case along with ACLU. And Boasberg was Judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) 5/18/14 – 5/19/21, so may have been involved in the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax. Has a very suspect past at the very least.

Dating to when court opinions came out on paper, entire forests have been felled to print the ones containing this sentence: "A court speaks through its written orders."

They should have turned the plane around and dropped off the gang members at the judges vacation house where he was spending the weekend. This issue is so ridiculous and a waste of tax-money just to defend the “rights” of hardened, illegal alien criminals. You would think this judge has better things to worry about.

Since the Supreme Court has determined that Boasberg’s court doesn’t have jurisdiction, the DOJ should ignore anything further on the matter from his court. Let him hold the administration in contempt; him and what army are going to enforce it? He’ll have to refer the matter for enforcement to the DOJ wherein Pam Bondi should very publicly reject the referral as an illegitimate finding outside the referring court’s jurisdiction. Publicly neuter Boasberg and every administration case going forward that ends up in front of him should be met with a motion for recusal. Meanwhile, the Republicans in the House must draft articles of impeachment. Not that the Republicans would ever achieve the 2/3 votes necessary for removal in the Senate, but to 1- lay out the case of his abuse of authority for the record and the public; and 2- send a message to the judiciary FAFO since the Supreme Court has refused its obligation to rein in the abuse of authority by the lower courts.

The Dream: Julie Kelly, being highly qualified and knowledgeable, shall for the next month replace Rep. Jim Jordan as the Chair of the House Judiciary Committee. During the following month, Julie shall initiate Impeachment Hearings regarding Judge Boasberg. In the very public hearings, the nefarious character of Boasberg shall be fully exposed and he shall be impeached by House for his high crimes.

I like it...I like it a lot!!!

Actually she could head the Judiciary to get them on the ball with this...

I have no idea why it's still sitting there!! SCOTUS gave them the fire by saying it wasn't in Boasberg's juridiction, but didn't take action on him taking the case to begin with! As a "Chief Judge" he certainly knows better.

Boasberg is dumb, but even he isn't dumb enough to think he can hold a litigant in contempt for disobeying an order the Supreme Court has already said he had no authority or jurisdiction to make. I don't think his next hearing has anything to do with that. Boasberg ordered the ACLU to tell him why they thought he had jurisdiction. There is only one reason for that. Boasberg is getting ready to blame the ACLU for his stupid decision to hear the case. DOJ needs to ask for fees and costs under Rule 11.

Julie, after reading this summation of that Marxist-Wearing-a-Black-Robe inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac, that little judicial tyrant apparently is insistent upon creating another Soviet-Style-Show-Trial reminiscent of the J6 Soviet-Style-Show-Trials. Once again, and at the risk of being redundant, I believe firmly that the only way this ridiculous unconstitutional decision will disappear is for President Trump to order the flights to resume and literally force this Constitutional Crisis to come to a head. Otherwise, the radical lefties will have succeeded in scuttling President Trump's agenda. Something has to give...

Whatever dance the lawyers engage in is theater. Common sense says you deport illegal criminals in an expedient manner. Looks like the law says the same. Deal with it.

Hmm 🤔 Not sure what Judge Jimmy BoBo is thinking. Trump survived and ultimately crushed efforts to ruin/incarcerate/kill him by the entire DOJ, all the legacy media, two assassins and the entires Democratic Party, yet BoBo somehow thinks he’s going to be the one to get him, despite the fact that Trump is now POTUS. Maybe we should refer to him as Dim Jim rather than Judge…..

This is a little tough for me to follow 🤔

Does anyone know how much we care if his scheme is successful??

With Pam Bondi as AG wouldn't anything have to roll up to her as far as prosecuting for contempt? Or is contempt unilaterally imposed by judge??

In which case does Bondi still have power here? And or would Trump have Presidential pardon power ??

We should care if he gets away with granting an order of Contempt of Court for not following his verbal order to return the Illegal alien "terrorists" and getting in the middle of National Security decisions - though I believe Trump Admin could pass that up to SCOTUS also. It cannot be allowed to become precendent, which is what Boasberg is aiming for I think.

What has happened here (as I see it, but could be wrong) is Boasberg not only took a case for habeas corpus in the wrong jurisdiction, but he took it as a "citizen covered civil law" decision court outside of the DOJ/ICE Illegal Alien Court system. DOJ doesn't get involved in "Citizen" habeas corpus unless it falls under one of their investigative/enforcement realms (i.e. FBI, ATF, etc.) and they arrest someone who has broken a federal law, then that person gets habeas corpus determination through their separate courts. So, I don't know how non-citizens who broke a DOJ (enforced by the President) law get representation in an outside federal court. Just think ACLU, NGO;s who have skin in the game - maybe?

Yes, Bondi should have power, but only to refer any Boasberg Charge/Order to SCOTUS with evidence they did not owe the Judge a response....not just per lack of jurisdiction, but also that Congress confirms specific Judges to handle Article II Agency cases for laws that fall under those agencies enforcement.

It gets sticky wicky when separation of powers comes into the picture. This judge thinks he can direct the President's authority, when it's a completely separate power not granted to him.

My take on it, for what it's worth.

👌 this guy sounds like he's part of the chutkan, engoron judge clique - brazen, shameless.... if they think have the power they will do it.

They use their position/role w less concern about facts/merit of case.....its just their opportunity to pursue their selfish/partisan objectives.
