This piece brings it all full circle.

When you decide the law based on politics, the system becomes toxic. This Dem shift-that-shouldn’t is a potent weapon against Trump’s planned ad buys, messaging and general strategery. His team is forced to rip up everything, incinerating millions in time, effort, creative.

Meanwhile, they are bleeding him dry in the courts, spying on his allies, jailing their attorneys and threatening followers and journalists.

And the whole candidate shift could easily, as Julie points out, be deemed illegal under Smith’s warped and wobbly - and as yet unchallenged - legal reasoning.

The cheaters are way ahead of us. They don’t care about what’s fair and proper.

They have a grift to protect.

God help us all.

Including all the ballots they need to steal on time.

It’s no small sum to have the candidate switched. I think they are suing the FEC for $15M from the Harris campaign for basically coming late to the party. Everything created to defeat Biden has to be discarded. New campaign materials need to be created )not for free. And they could have a new candidate before the week is over. The creative activity of painting the opponent has no price. He started two years ago with Biden and won the victory before the campaign was over. This candidate has no defining record unless she admits it.

You suggest, 'And they could have a new candidate before the week is over.'

I wonder if Walz is locked in or if Kommie-la will have a new veep choice before the week is over.

At this point I don't think she can be replaced because the dems had to have their presidential candidate announced in late July for legal reasons.

I thought the candidate was chosen as nominee at the Convention. At least by prior standards. Anything goes with these party-goers.

Time won't be a factor in the steal. They will take as much time as they need.

Oh, a different steal. Sorry. 😞

Under the U.S. constitution. it is the federal courts that decide what the federal law means and not the Democratic Party politicians!

Expand full comment

Right. But the speed of these attacks on basic rights precludes effective intervention of legal sanity. Take them to court, challenge their grift and years down the road some high court will rule it was blatantly unconstitutional. By then it’s too late. And as Harry Reid used to brag after admitting he smeared opponents with fictional dirt, “Well it worked, didn’t it?”

The problem is that the high court, is itself, drenched in corruption. It is high-time that the American people intervene to root it out. Want proof? This is a timeless and praiseworthy quote by Doug Bedell: "When you decide the law based on politics, the system becomes toxic." Indeed, the legal profession has mapped out a fool-proof design for ensuring that politics does not enter judicial decisions. It is the rules of professional conduct that regulates judges, prosecutors and other lawyers. The clearest evidence of the pollution of politics is in the violation of those rules by judges and prosecutors, particularly in the area of their manipulation of negative extrajudicial publicity against defendants. Here are two examples with the U.S. Supreme Court at the forefront. https://therunnymedereport.substack.com/p/the-supreme-court-buries-professional?r=3tdx2w and https://therunnymedereport.substack.com/p/the-supreme-court-buries-professional-ee1?r=3tdx2w

That's right.

The democrat party treats the constitution like a spare roll of Charmin to wipe their ass with.

Yet, always overlooked by the news media and suppressed by the judicial authorities is the fact that there are rules of professional conduct that are designed to enforce the constitution, and that are intentionally violated by them. The American legal system is layered. The judges, from the highest to the low, have two jobs.

We all know one but not the other. The one we all know about is their deciding of cases or controversies within their discretionary authority. What the American people are gaslighted from knowing about is their mandatory duty. It is in their policing duty to keep the legal profession clean by ensuring it complies with the rules of professional conduct. Those rules do not favor Republicans nor Democrats. Yet, if they are enforced all else will land in order.

Yes, Kevin Beck, it is a two-tiered system of justice. But overarchingly, it changes with wherever the political winds are blowing. Today it is against Republicans. In yesteryear it was against Democrats. So what is the common denominator? The judiciary officials are lawless. And they won't become lawful by either party who get the benefit of their corruption. Another superb piece Julie, I have said numerous times the democrats will do anything to remain in power. We have seen several examples of their ruthless tactics and actions. The FBI, Secret Service and the DOJ continue covering for them allowing them to break the law. This election is our only chance to save our country, vote like your life depends on it in November because it does. Dan Bongino highly recommends voting early to avoid Election Day chaos.

I realize today that this year is the last chance to vote in Donald J Trump in for his second term. This means a lot to me because it’s our last opportunity to project strength on the world stage, the last opportunity to seal up the borders and restore this land to American citizens’s rule. Perhaps the last opportunity to elect the candidate most likely to stop WWIII, to Drill, baby Drill to restore our economic engine, to Make America Great Again. We are a Nation in Decline, and the Leader who recognizes that is now in a race with a Leftist with a record that has not been proven. The Republican Party does not have a replacement for the Willpower and the fighting spirit that Trump was born with. It is time to vote Donald Trump back into the Oval Office, if only because it’s his last time. Let him finish what he started.

I can’t believe I have become so passionate about the choice of President. Maybe it’s passion about saving the nation while we can.

I plan to vote early so there isn't a last minute power failure, or voting machines aren't working (Kari Lake). You also stop receiving all of the campaign mail if you vote early.

A vote for Kommie-la is a national prop 47 allowing legal looters in all 50 states to steal just shy of a thousand dollars from businesses.

Walmart, Target, Kroger, et al, need to weigh in or they won't have anything left.

Jimmy Carter was happy with Biden making him the 2nd worst president. Now, Biden has his fingers crossed hoping that Kommie-la will make him the 2nd worst president, (Carter the 3rd).

Yet, let's assume, War Eagle, that the Republicans win. Let's assume that Trump cleans out these institutions that have been weaponized against him. But there are two ways to do it. He can do it for self-preservation. Or he can do it by cleaning it out at its root, not for self-interest but for correcting it in the public interest. This topic is successfully investigated in the following newsletter:

I’ll read the link, but I’m not jumping to the assumption that President Trump has some ulterior motive to seal the border again, restore drilling of fossil fuels, generating the economic engine of America, and our reputation in the world. His work was ruined by the current administration. As a gifted builder, he intends to build it back to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. It’s our last opportunity to say yes to the Man who can do it again.

Hopefully not for self interest but correcting it in the public interest I am confident whom ever he appoints as AG, FBI and Secret Service Directors they will be rooting out all the corruption and restore trust in our government. Harken back to David Horowitz and Richard Poe's 2007 book "The Shadow Party: How George Soros, Hillary Clinton, and Sixties Radicals Seized Control of the Democratic Party."

The Democrat Party today is the facade, the Trojan Horse if you prefer, of Marxist-Globalist revolutionaries intent on "fundamentally transforming" the United States of America from being a Constitutional Republic into a vassal entity under a Globalist totalitarianism regime.

Once that is understood, the Democrats and their DOJ/FBI cadres selectively enforcing the law, or distorting the law to target and suppress counter-revolutionaries, is recognized as not being hypocrisy on the part of a partisan political party, but Marxists employing "And Not a Shot is Fired" and "color revolution" tactics.

I believe in both justice and Karma. Justice will ultimately prevail if not in this world, a much higher one. Karma will come first though. And when it does I will have no sympathy for those complicit in this unconstitutional set up by this ruthless party. None for the foolish Joe Biden or the clueless giddy voters stupidly willing to overlook this mischief and vote for further corruption. They destroy democracy at their own peril and the blood will be on their own hands.

This is a great quote from Elizabeth: "Justice will ultimately prevail ..." In our day and time,

justice is readily available if the American people come to grips to what justice really is,

when it comes to the wrongful prosecutions against Trump. The entire judicial process was involved. And there is a readily available remedy. The rules of professional conduct say that if they are involved in breaking the rules they are subject to disbarment. Then why has there not been a great hue and cry to have that done. It is because the legal commentators and civil liberties advocates pretend that this remedy does not exist. This scam is exposed in the following newsletter: https://therunnymedereport.substack.com/p/how-the-legal-commentators-protect?r=3tdx2w

The fake Democrat Party primary process has been in place since the DNC prevented Democrat voters from nominating Bernie Sanders in 2016 and 2020. The party apparatchiks, not the voters, gave Biden the nomination in 2020 and the party apparatchiks took it away from him in 2024. Because the Democrats party apparatchiks control the DOJ and media, depriving voters of the right to vote is only a crime if someone challenges the Democrat apparatchiks right to choose their nominee or, ultimately, the president.

Hi Julie,

Great piece as always. Funny you should mention 18 U.S. Code § 241 since the Crypt Keeper is currently working on another indictment under this very statute, has already convened a DC grand Jury and will hand up an indictment to Judge Chutkan any day now . This indictment will be against the Supreme Court, or more specifically the 6 judges that voted for limited presidential immunity. In typical Crypt Keeper (and fellow hangman Mathew Graves) fashion he is borrowing language from the former indictment. The Justices have .conspired to “injure, oppress, threaten, and intimidate one or more persons in the free exercise and enjoyment of a right and privilege secured to them by the Constitution and laws of the United States." Here is where the indictment diverts. "By granting immunity to the former president justices are denying the Special Counsel's right to bring bogus charges and assured conviction from a corruptly biased jury pool." The indictment goes on to say "that the right to bring forth spurious charges is perhaps the greatest right enshrined in the Constitution and the actions of the co-conspirators not only threatens the Special Counsel, but the machinations of the entire Deep State.

There has been no comment from any of the justices but it is reported that Amy Coney Barret is seeking a plea deal and is may testify against the other judges.

Also Special Counsel Crypt Keeper wanted to bring another indictment for the Fischer ruling but was overruled by Attorney General and Supreme Court justice in waiting Merrick Garland because it would loop in Ketanji Brown Jackson. When informed of the decision the Democrat nominee for president lapsed into Southern Baptist preacher mode and declared, "Good, ain't nobody 'round here indictin' no black Supreme Court Justice."

Kamala is the second Manchurian candidate that we have courtesy of the DNC. Stolen elections have consequences. Great piece as always Julie!

This is a great quote from Deanna Talbott: "Stolen elections have consequences." Prosecutors were weaponized against Trump in four illicit prosecutions. It indeed, is election interference, but how? It was by the prosecutors committing disbarrable professional misconduct in

condemning him by extrajudicial publicity, without which, he never would have been convicted in the NY Bragg prosecution against him. Could there be a remedy for this theft? Yes, by alerting the American public that this is how it was done to the end that pressure causes the wrongdoers to pay by disbarment proceedings. How did it get this way? I decided to gut up and watch the entry of Joe Biden walking to the podium at the IUD DNC Convention and every person holding a tall sign calling out in unison "We Love Joe"! It was an affront to the entire Democrat process in a great Republic such as ours. They threw away all the rules, laws, and a loyalty to the President of the United States, and I am no fan of Biden, but I unexpectedly felt an overwhelming tinge of sorrow for a man who was threatened by his powerful friends who stabbed him in the back to stop him from seeking his decision to run for office again. They've been keeping him secluded in his current position as the President and in the end, he looked somehow lost looking out at the thousands of signs with hidden faces screaming they loved him. It's a travesty and they all should put down their signs since the hypocrisy is just so blatant and Biden himself looked like some minor character in their charade. An army of robots chanting not for a President but cheering because of his downfall.

Check out Heather MacDonald about Biden. I am awed and appalled by how disastrous our situation is. And all this damage from open borders, to dumbed down schools, to the demonization of “Whiteness!” and the war on meritocracy are coming from the same people who want Trump in prison.

“Figures from President Biden on down are telling blacks, nonstop, that they are under lethal threat from whites, and that it is white supremacists, not black criminals, who pose the greatest threat to their safety. “Buffalo attack ignites safety worries for Black Angelenos,” reads a headline in the May 22 Los Angeles Times. New York representative Jerrold Nadler, a sponsor of the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, says, “Democrats are taking the fight straight to the . . . violent extremists that are terrorizing minority institutions.” A Washington Post-Ipsos poll found that 75 percent of black Americans were very or somewhat worried that they or someone they love will be attacked because of their race. A respondent interviewed by the Post says that he is “apprehensive at stoplights, imagining a White man getting out and shooting him in his car.”

“Using Tragedy for Racial Propaganda.”

After the horror in Buffalo, President Biden and others peddle an entirely false charge: that whites are the biggest source of hate crime and interracial violence in the US.

Julie, I'm not sure if I'm a better person, since my hatred runs so deep it was actually a minor blip, I'd say. It was a "tinge" that was short lived when Biden opened his mouth and started screaming and rambling, and calling out the horrors of a Trump presidency and the "felon" "fraud" and "liar " that is Trump but who, in fact, will save our nation. By the middle of his speech I was fuming as he turned on the American people who want our country back and screamed we were as a vile lot of angry, unlawful, disgusting reprobates filled with rage. So, it was short lived to say the least and if there if a God, and the Republicans grow a pair, he'll be facing charges on his crime family corruption. At the very least.
