Lovely watching them hang in the wind awaiting their fate. Could not happen to a more despicable set of people. Looking forward to the details of how they attempted to ruin our country.

Yes, Greg, it is so gratifying. I posted on X last night about what I observed in these court rooms. The fact these soulless, heartless, reckless assistant US attorneys--not to mention Matthew Graves--are lawyering up, losing sleep, and making contingency plans for their families if they are charged makes me very happy

It is called accountability for crimes committed. Please let justice and consequences happen

Julie Kelly's avatar

Carolyn, there is no justice until those who trashed the law and the Constitution are held accountable. This is what we must push for--yes, criminally charging a US Attorney would be historical but it's the only way to restore the scales of justice and stop the politicized weaponization of the legal system.

Criminally charging a US Attorney would not be any more historic than charging a past president. These dirtbags need to be charged.

Now that this historic election is over what’s undeniable is that the Biden regime’s criminal prosecution of Donald Trump had nothing at all to do with implementing the rule of law, but rather weaponizing the law to bury their chief political adversary in prison to avoid competing with him at the ballot box. This is a tactic reminiscent of the third world. Their hubris told them they could. Providence said otherwise and had the final word.

Curious to know what will become of notorious Tanya Chutkan other than shattered hopes and dreams.

You know Chutkan was auditioning for a promotion to appellate court and even SCOTUS.

Her dreams are dashed for now and her name is tied to another failed prosecution. She disgraced herself before the public and the Supreme Court. That is her legacy.

I just want the truth to told and blasted for weeks on main stream media so all Americans who believed these prosecutors have their eyes opened. Public humiliation for all who participated is what I want.

Mary, in addition to public hearings involving the prosecutors and perhaps judges, I am internally pushing for public hearings involving J6 defendants and their families. The American people must understand what happened in that DC courthouse to their fellow countrymen and understand it can happen to them.

The most fun I've had reading an article in some time. How we have prayed for this and cried out for justice against these evil people. They assumed they were untouchable. They were wrong. If we can see genuine justice delivered, it will go a long way to righting the ship in our country. I'm more than ready!

There ‘s nothing like paying a retainer to a lawyer, and paying him his hourly rate, to focus the mind, and disabuse a privileged attitude of authority.

And, the most costly lawyers in the District of Corruption - Our Nations’s Crime Capitol.

They weren’t just burying their chief political adversary; they were burying his most loyal supporters from the top all the way down to the people who RSVP’d and showed up to a permitted rally. My husband and I had to hire a lawyer who could practice in DC. Our lives were disrupted for all most 4 years. Our retirement savings was drained. We were defamed in the local media, who still refer to us as convicted rioters. I want people who lied to intimidate and sideline Trump’s supporters with the fake charges against J6 defendants to be held accountable or this will happen again, just like the voter fraud continues. My husband and I still have three more weeks under house arrest plus 3 years of supervised probation. January 20th can’t come soon enough.

Just outrageous. And yes, the media exacerbated the torment of J6ers like you and your family. Some told me the treatment by national and local media inflicted more pain than the prosecution. And now their J6 beat is gone and they have to live with the fact their lives' work for almost four years is a mockery.

I am still being called a “rioter” in both local and media, and the Daily Mail headline claims I am “begging for a pardon” from President Trump. Yes, they will have to live with “the fact their lives’ work for almost 4 years is a mockery” but I also hope they are sued for defamation. Many of us lost our jobs.

Thank you. My lawyer has begun preparing standard (lengthy) pardon forms. Pardons generally take 5 years, however our attorney agrees with you; there will likely be an expedited process. My husband and I need to write out detailed description of our “Crime” and express remorse and why we will not re-offend. I told my husband I will write out everything from that day by there will be no acknowledgment of crime or remorse.

Our judge were Beryl Howell and she specifically said she was sentencing me in a way “that prevented me from participating in as many election cycles as possible”. She called me a threat to democracy, an election denier and accused me of spreading lies about the 2020 election.

Judge Howell did not mention my multiple appearances on Tony Hinchcliff’s comedy podcast but I am confident my telling my side of the story in front of millions of viewers multiple times made her exceed the probation recommendation and sentencing guidelines for our single misdemeanor count of being and remaining in a restricted area: https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxR_QPa3Z79vVwhNkxbGSxDzo-XA9mD2th?si=Yj-sBD0XbEHwGo2G

This is why Wray and Mayorkas were no shows yesterday and why they want to talk to the Senators behind closed doors. Instead of showing up to meet with Senators to discuss threats to the Homeland that are apparently so serious they wanted to discuss them behind closed doors, Wray decided to go to a dinner for FBI agents. No. No longer will the American people be held hostage by institutions who do not have OUR best interests at heart. Free all Jan 6th prisoners immediately and arrest all the conspirators using the Smith Act of 1940 to include those who knew about this Iranian terror threat a year before and told their religious followers about it so they could usher in the mahdi. Many people have been through so much worse than my husband and I. We all need to be made whole, but for some that will not be possible because they lost their lives. The current justice department acts just like what we were told about the cruelty of Stalin and Mao. I am so grateful for the strength and determination of President Trump and those he surrounded himself with. I am also grateful to Julie Kelley for fearlessly bringing the truth to the American people. Every day is a day closer to January 20th and the end to this reign of terror on America.

The difference now is that the Trump administration will investigate crimes - abuse of power, election interference, denial of civil rights, withholding exculpatory evidence, and a whole lot of perjury. These crimes were committed against Trump, Trump supporters, the J6ers, who were props in the made for TV insurrection story. These prosecutors were not prosecuting crimes. They were looking to imprison the opposition.

They thought this would destroy the MAGA movement completely, Stephen. Not just the president but Republicans in Congress and Trump voters. Has anything in history backfired more than this? Think of the time and resources expended by the government and the media to perpetuate the "insurrection" narrative only to see it implode on Election Day? Truly a stunning turn of events.

I want to see Garland, Monaco, Graves, Smith , Wray and Pelosi publicly testify under oath to the scope of their respective roles in creating the conditions that resulted in the illegal entrapment and prosecution of our fellow American citizens on January 6, 2021. Their shameful legacies should be measured by the percentage of their contribution to inflicting pain and punishment on every single j6 er who was snagged in their ruthless scheme.

Never ever should this be allowed to happen again in a country where its Constitution allows citizens to protest their government. There is simply no way to ever make these victims whole again, but holding these players responsible for their abuse of power would begin to offer some justice. Julie, you have never wavered in your quest for the truth about January 6th. Thank you for your generous efforts.
