Thanks for this biting analysis of the disgusting treatment dished-out to the J6 protestors while absolutely and completely ignoring the despicable violence perpetrated during the previous 9 months, Julie. It was literally stomach-turning to read your brief description of the Soviet-style punishment given to citizens utilizing their Constitutional right to protest, and ask for redress of grievances, of the feds, as well as the reprehensible behavior of the Marxists-wearing-black-robes who presided, and still preside, over the Soviet-Show-Trials inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac. Of course, nobody who is sentient can avoid comparing the hands-off approach to the Marxists who rioted in the summer of 2020 following the death of that drug addict in Minnesota to the atrocious and virtually illegal approach to J6. So, quite obviously, absolutely nothing will be done to the heirs to the Nazis who have protested on college/university campi, clogged highways, invaded the US Capitol building, and/or rioted in DC on J24. Our only hope is to pray that former President Trump is re-elected and, with his inviolate pardon authority, pardons each and every one of the J6'ers. In my world, that is the only way to treat and release the J6'ers.

yes, completely agree. Having just witnessed the widespread leniency afforded to the thousands of summer of 2020 rioters, the J6 protestors could not have known their own government would turn on them so viciously for their nonviolent protest. They were wrong. All non-violent J6r's should be pardoned on day one of the Trump administration, and every related government document, email or other prosecution related communication should be made public. Any evidence of disparate treatment related to political opinions should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Many of the J6 protesters have stated that one thing that frustrated them about the country was the lack of accountability for 2020 rioters. The lack of accountability for that violence had a modest, though real, direct impact on greater violence Jan. 6 because people who see others getting away with criminal activity are more likely themselves to behave criminally.

Pardon is good medicine but expungement & $$$,$$$,$$$s is far closer to a cure.

My husband and I recently plead guilty to a single count of entering and remaining in a restricted area. We have paid legal fees around $50,000 so far and we still have a lot of legal work to be done before our September 6th sentencing. Despite accepting a plea to a 100% nonviolent misdemeanor charge, we must fly to DC for sentencing. We also must pay for our attorney to be there. My husband worked in the oilfield and I was a stay at home mom. We did a good job saving for our retirement but the legal fees, plus ancillary costs have really strained our finances. We also each face one year in jail and up to a $100,000 fine, each. The lack of equal application of the law, along with what I consider cruel and unusual punishment makes the situation even more difficult. I am living in Texas now, and it still feels like America here. https://youtu.be/DSNIMfAD-iw?si=a37KQ5diQtLPvxH8

How much money do you think you would have after 3.5 years or more years in prison? How many friends? Relatives? Your wife earning money for you? Or bankrupt? They need to be pardoned. They’ve paid their dues, and for the justice department’s errors.

My point MD is that pardon only conceals the conviction in an envelope but the envelope remains in the drawer. Expungement tears the envelope up then burns it all up. . .poof! gone! Citizens of the "City on a Hill" flush with cash can do a lot. . .A Lot. . .A LOT of good - under the sun & move the ball downfield around the world wrecking havoc on the work product of the actors of unrighteousness. Money in the hands of the righteously indignant J6 "assaulted" will move the needle for a whole generation - if the Lord should tarry and so will.

"The double standards of justice just never end." And they never will.

Even if by some miracle that Trump wins in November, doesn't get murdered, takes office and is then able to do the gravely needed housecleaning in the DOJ and FBI, there will always be the DC judges to make any charges disappear.

Ah, those Federal judges in DC. Would that Conservative politicians could exercise the creativity of the Left and conjure up a path to deal with those black- robed beings and dispense to each of them what they deserve. No one who behaves as they have should be allowed to continue doing so with no consequences followed by a taxpayer funded retirement.

You lay it out so perfectly Julie. It’s hard to believe that Wray is blind to the double standard. And to what & who the real threats are to this country. He’s complicit or stupid. The Hamas people have taken the baton from blm.

It is especially useful that Julie has compared specific J6 individuals to comparable behaviors of these lunatics on the Left who skate. We all know that Julie has the most in- depth knowledge of every bit of the J6 trials- think it has been seared into her brain. Is there any way to utilize this to educate the masses of uninformed citizens who can vote in November? Normal people don’t like such glaringly and obvious unequal application of the law.

Picture the democrats sitting by while their supporters demonstrate & are jailed without charges, then prosecuted for misdemeanors & sent to prison for 10+ years.

It would never happen.

It only happens to Republicans when their side is in charge.

This bi-polar judicial standard was promulgated by DC's hatred of one word......TRUMP. 'The Donald' better release them all, and expunge their convictions. Or, I will be a seriously peedoff nationalist. As for the likes of Quisling Graves, I have no comment.......it's better that way.

The injustice of our DOJ is a 3-fold cord not easily undone. Swampy DC non-elected bureaucrats, our nation's main stream media, & the Biden administration's will to push hard against our nation's heritage of being a "City on a Hill" is impossible to break. But God. . .

I look forward to large ($$,$$$,$$$s) damages for those J6 lookie-loo's suffering M4 SWAT assaults in the pre-dawn morning. According to FBI Special Agent whistle-blower Steve Friend, the arrests were designed to punish the accused. 1:21:CR:503:rcl

The political cabal that is headed by Attorney General Merrick Garland and administered by his useful idiot Christopher Wray, will not lose any sleep over their collective failure to investigate and prosecute the Ham-Ass gangs that disrupted Washington yesterday.

And they claim at the same time they act without political minds?!?

The vitriol that is spit at them by Americans is boundless. Just like their contempt for Americans.

Increased tenor of political violence that is racking the country-and trying to blame Trump, is laughable.

CNN MSNBC and a multitude of TV channels have trashed Trump since 2015 with lie after lie.

I love professional wrestling, and this is what politics feels like today-except the dems play for keeps. No high fives backstage.

And if you call them out, you're a racist.

Those rioting in the streets when Netanyahu was here will never be treated like a J6er. It's sickening. The J6ers were 99% tame, a few got rowdy but ALL of the little brats in the streets representing the dems are MORE than rowdy. Why? Because they know they won't face ANY consequences.

Too big to rig-or Biden the feeble minded boob and Harris, his dimwitted cohort will have ALL of the ten million plus illegals voting.
