Reading this stuff just makes one so ill. I wish he could sue the judge, FBI and DOJ directly. That is what's truly needed.

Many deserve some sort of restitution from the government---Caldwell more so than anyone I think.

Agreed, but here is the problem. WE paid for the reckless prosecution and WE will pay for whatever restitution can be obtained. The real criminals don't pay a dime. Maybe some enterprising AG can sue them personally, not strictly for the entertainment value, but to bleed them as they've bled the victims and the taxpayers.

Typical Storm Trooper tactics against America’s finest. All those J6 defendants we came into contact with during our pretrial status meetings were above and beyond average citizens. I can’t wait for America to learn what was done to innocent, peaceful, good Americans.

I am glad to see J6ers posting videos of their interrogations and raids. As we wait for public hearings, this is the best way to make the public aware of what happened.

Julie, could Substack be a place where J6ers can tell their stories?

It is so important for the public to see what really went on that day, as opposed to the violent clips the media (including FOX) showed them. I have a thumb drive full of stuff from that day. We were on the East side and it shows nice people congregating on sidewalks and stairs, talking about the stolen election and making observations about the people who clearly weren’t Trump supporters. I need help with editing. I am able to clip YouTube videos of my public discussions about our experience. Here is a clip from my last Drinking Bros appearance: https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxtemhoG10WHUVNnH49MwxMD9g3XK3z9DD?si=iiYVtt1DIwEAWyeP

Truly shameful, a decorated veteran who served his country well, not to mention... did nothing to warrant the draconian persecution. Praying our President Trump will hear this plea and grant Thomas Caldwell a full pardon. The Caldwells have truly suffered.

They definitely have. And David Fischer is a tremendous lawyer who fought as hard as he could against the system and Judge Mehta.

It is time that we convene a major Truth and Reconciliation process with huge televised hearings that shine a light on the people who attacked patriots so ruthlessly, manipulating the law to deprive citizens of their rights.

Congress has been too afraid to hold public televised hearings. This is how networks like Fox News get away with ignoring the plight of J6ers. Congressional hearings will force them to cover what happened to everyone;

Exactly. We can force Congress to hold hearings. OR, perhaps under a different banner, we can hold Truth and Reconciliation Hearings. Maybe as an X event, or a Tucker event. Perhaps a multi-day (or week) Town Hall. There may be a need to set up protocols that by-pass the lame nature of Congressional hearings.

So far President Trump has been moving with lightning speed. He needs to keep it up and attack the administrative state day after day. WIth that said, we need more than shows, we need firings, arrests, trials, and convictions. Who ordered all of these dangerous armed raids? Those who lied and put the public in jeapordy need to be held accountable. What happened at USAID is a crime, let's start with them and the dirty FBI and DOJ collaborators.

Apparently the names of the FBI employees involved in J6 prosecution were turned over to the DOJ yesterday. As I said on X, I do not believe the reported 5,000 figure is accurate. The real number is probably much higher.

What an utterly incompetent Keystone Kops shambles of an "investigation" by the FBI and DOJ! Commander Caldwell deserves full exoneration and restitution for this miscarriage of justice. Thank you for making this public, and I sincerely hope President Trump is presented with this very clear fact pattern of abuse and injustice by the Biden Administration.

Regrettably, there are most likely hundreds of similar prosecutions of people that were “on the grounds”. Growing up I thought our government could do no wrong.

Now, reality has hit me like a pallet of frozen water bottles like Soros paid for when his street goons attacked the White House and set fire to At Johns church…our government is helplessly corrupt.

Julie Kelly's avatar

Ditto, Mark. I have always held a deep suspicion of government--as all good conservatives do-- but unlike most conservative, I did not have a blind spot for law enforcement. But after what happened during COVID and then watching these court proceedings in real time, my distrust of law enforcement, especially federal, has only deepened. The internal resistance to Trump adm inquiry coupled with thousands of FBI agents going along with the J6 prosecution will not end well for the FBI.

Julie, I'm with you 100%. I am deeply suspicious of all FBI agents, and reluctantly suspicious of state and local police. Politicization of law enforcement is one of the worst things that has happened.

RE: Jan 6th more broadly

I was listening to CNN yesterday (I try to keep an eye on the enemy). Even if I admit they have made some small strides at CNN in trying to weed out some of their worst partisan liars.

I think it was kaitlan and Abby 🙄 who were making points about how forcing FBI agents to identify themselves and their actions for anything Jan. 6th related would mean ~6 or 7 thousand agents could be fired/reprimanded. And kaitlan and Abby seemed to boast about how Jan 6th was biggest FBI case in history.

How oblivious and lacking of common sense could they possibly be ??

Angry Americans with flags, posters, thermos/water bottles protesting a VERY likely stolen election are the targets of the biggest investigation in FBI history ??? Could there be more obvious proof of an FBI that has rotted from the inside out ??

I get your point @Julie, they need to dump thousands of agents. Heck tell them they can re-apply (if it helps appease democrats) and keep their tenure if they are re-hired, but dump them all now !! And go from there....

Bench trials under the radical left judges occupying the court ‘bench’ of Washington, D.C. would only have served to spotlight the Soviet style propaganda even further.

The entire system of “so-called Justice in Washington has been for the duration of this ‘off-color Coup’ a travesty of the word, much less the protector of those ‘inalienable rights’ every citizen in America is entitled to. And ‘first among equals’ is a perfect of Commander Caldwell, yet also a profound departure in the vile, wanton, politically corrupt court system of our nations’ Capitol. It was precisely because of the blatant bias against President Trump and anyone who would DARE to demonstrate support for him, And Outrage at the hustled sham of ‘Certification’ that VP Pence conducted that day, ( to his total and timeless shame), in coordination with those seditionists ‘sworn’ to what they believed would be the ‘Coup de gras’ by virtue of the vast conspiracy orchestrated by Speaker Pelosi and Senator Schumer moving the Standard for the fascist, goose-stepping Praetorian Guard of Dems, and the captured Rino’s who worship power above principle, that low info, plantation dependent, Antifa intimidated, Soros money grubbing grifters on the fiat fat of America have had their day. I know that was a mouthful, but savor the truth of the word — because NOTHING our greatest President EVER said that fateful day, January 6, 2021, publicly OR privately that day, or any time before or after, amounted to the seditious, ‘OFF Color Coup’ that those ENEMIES of our Republic, Constitution and sacred Rights — endowed by our Creator more surely than the wrongly conceived ‘Divine rights of Kings’ — PUFFED AND PERPETUATED through vile tools of propaganda.

So their Red Tide rose with repetition, offering only the evidence of chaos in their carefully crafted ’Fedsurrection’, from the consciously designed LACK of preparation for managing a large number of demonstrators, really just people showing up to make the clear public statement— the results of the national election were so compromised by corruption that the ‘results’ should be remedied by any and all means possible.
