Thanks for the continuing reveal on all things Boasberg.

It sort of seems to me that Boasberg truly thinks he's "above the law". Maybe when Judge Baldy Snot Wadd gets impeached, they can go ahead and impeach Obama as well (take away Obama's flimsy "immunity" status by his buddy Mr. Imbecile-Biden).

So many good nicknames on this thread! And I plan to keep an eye on that nonparty motion about sealing the names. Not sure if anyone saw my follow up post on this, but a friend who is an appellate attorney told me it was "unusual" for a court to seek replies on a 3rd party motion like that. More to come!

Indeed! Little Jimmy Bobo fails to realize that standing in front of the speeding Trump Train 🚂 is a suicidal choice. Somehow, he forgets that Trump has defeated the media, the DNC, the entire Intelligence Community, every foreign trading partner, solved the border crisis and destroyed the Iranian nuclear program. In seven months!!! He’s also survived two assassination attempts. Despite all this, Little Jimmy thinks he will be the one to bring down the unstoppable Trump. Ha! Those odds are so long that bookies in Vegas wouldn’t put the bet on the board….

Thanks for this piece about that execrable DC district judge, Julie. Apparently this Marxist-Wearing-a-Black-Robe inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac believes he runs the entire federal government. But anyone sentient being recognizes that this is nothing more than the Marxists' strategy to delay and ultimately cancel President Trump's agenda. Don't you think it's rather ironic that the recently released documents proving the years long coup d'etat of President Trump's first is unfolding while the Judicial coup continues apace? I wish Congress mammals had the guts to impeach this idiots. But, then again, that would require a spine, wouldn't it?

Interviews this week indicate a seriousness about bringing charges that I have not seen before. I do not see a way this DOJ doesn't bring charges and gets away with it. That said, it won't be easy.

It seems to me like this and other district judges have debased my 2024 vote for President and those of 70+ million others. As if they're in open coordinated revolt against our democratic republic.

What's the word for that, In-?...Insurr-something? Oh well, I'm too dim to know it.

When Obama is convicted for all of his Russiagate hoax nonsense, I pray he also gets indicted for his role in murdering Scalia. THEN, as a suitable punishment REMOVE ALL of his judicial appointments who have sullied the bench as well as extraditing him to his dung hole of birth.

Julie Kelly's avatar

Obama won't be charged and certainly never convicted. Not only is statute of limitations expired but SCOTUS immunity ruling protects him for his comms with top staff in the White House. He is very shrewd and undoubtedly covered his tracks (ie, Susan Rice memo.) I don't think the public would support that either. So I would rather roll the dice on Brennan, Comey, Monaco, etc than waste political capital on Obama. Just my opinion!

Just indict the bastard in a Florida court and even if you don't convict the whitewash is removed and he is tarred for eternity.

I don't know if anyone else can relate to this but I remember way back when ....when considering law school, I decided not sure i want to end up squabbling and ego battling w pathetic, no life, nothing other than the law, lost, no perspective, no common sense, legal jerks!!

Boasberg strikes me as the "type" I imagined probably existed,...... along with eissen and Conway....

Speaking of which are we keeping an eye norm Eissen?? that squirrelly, partisan, corrupt suit seems like one that needs to be watched!!!

And he seems conspicuously quiet these days.... 🤔.. ??

While covering J6 and Trump cases in DC, I would internally laugh at the physically weak appearances of both prosecutors and judges (and reporters.) I knew we could eventually beat that side because they simply do not possess the fortitude for an extended fight.

I have finally read the article. It would be interesting to know this Radical Judges history. All his past records starting the day he obtained his first job in the legal profession. All the clients he represented , all his decisions as a Judge, all his comments to plaintiffs and juries. His background needs to be fully scrutinized.

Boasberg will slip and it will be large. He isn’t thinking rationally or judiciously, this has become an obsession.

Boasberg’s emotions are overriding his judgement and that is where he will fall and it will be via a decision from the Appeals Court and then SCOTUS. The AEA needs to be addressed by SCOTUS, asap.

Julie Kelly's avatar

His little tirade, I assume, led to the decision by the appellate court to ask for responses to the nonparty motion accusing Boasberg of breaking the rules. Yes he is very emotional and should not preside over any Trump related proceedings.

Abuses and Usurpations by the Federal Govt will continue until We the People exercise Article V of the Constitution to ratify an amendment like the one below. See Section 1, Clause (3)

Amendment 28 (Draft)

States Override Amendment

To empower state legislatures to override the federal government

Section 1.

A majority of the several state legislatures that together represent a majority of United States citizens, shall, by resolutions, have the power to:

(1) reduce any line item in any federal spending or appropriations legislation,

(2) repeal, in whole or in part, any law passed by Congress,

(3) vacate, in whole or in part, any ruling of the Supreme Court or any inferior federal court,

(4) cancel, in whole or in part, any Presidential executive order or guideline,

(5) withdraw, in whole or in part, any regulation issued by any federal agency or department.

Section 2.

(1) In any action under this amendment, each state legislature shall have exactly one vote, and none of the actions shall be subject to federal judicial review.

(2) Each action shall become effective on the day that the majority of state legislatures, representing the majority of citizens, is met.

I assume the last question was rhetorical. Do as anyone really think Congress will impeach this guy? Even if the House impeaches, there is no way the Senate will remove him. With squishes like Thom (with an H) Tillis and the snoop sisters Collins and Murkowski, even a majority is unlikely, forget about two thirds. Its even more unlikely that his drinking buddy Johnny Roberts will censure him. I'm sure they will have a good laugh over a single malt at it at their next secret society shindig. The reason Boasturd thinks he is above the law, is because he is.

That's why I think the DC appellate court order on the 3rd party motion is very curious--which was confirmed by a friend who is an appellate attorney.

Perhaps this is a way his own colleagues, perhaps weary of his antics and black mark on the court, want a response to the allegation he violated court rules in that case.
