“F*ck that shit. I’ll just fight him.” General Milley needs to be held accountable for his defiance of the commander in chief and orchestrating the largest political attack against US citizens. My husband and I are on house arrest for 90 days after pleading guilty to a single count of entering and remaining in a restricted area. This exceeded the probation recommendation and the sentencing guidelines. We were called a “danger to democracy”. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars and had our lives negatively impacted because we went to peacefully protest what we still believe was a rigged election. So many people have suffered worse than us for exercising their 1st amendment rights. Please let this nightmare end soon. Thank you for keeping track of what exactly happened. People need to be held responsible.

God bless you--I've heard so many of these stories and it makes my blood boil knowing the bad actors like Milley who were responsible for Jan 6 in many ways.

I hope you are piecing your life back together. Just know millions of Americans pray for you and for justice.

Not yet, but I will be back stronger than ever. The judge made sure I was on lock down during election season and can’t leave the house. Judge Howell exceeded sentencing guidelines and the probation recommendation saying I was a “danger to democracy” and she hoped to keep me out of “as many election cycles as possible”. The judge said she put me on house arrest so she could place me on 3 years supervised probation. She said she wanted to incarcerate me in prison buy that would limit her ability to place me on supervised probation beyond one year.

The good news is that before I was sentenced I was able to perform 4 times on Joe Rogan’s stage on the Kill Tony podcast and educate people about J6. This was probably a reason for my harsher than usual sentence, but people need to know what happened. Millions of people have now hear my story. Here is a clip from my last appearance in August: https://youtu.be/_ZsN6tkpMQQ?si=oizxnNEMYn8xdPZN

Amazing breakdown like always! It's absolutely INSANE they blame trump for 'not doing anything' when they were literally not doing anything. Why, a cynical person might say they CHOSE to create these optics for the express purpose of disqualifying Trump from running again via a sham impeachment trial.........

The more research we conduct and the more information that becomes available--for example, trascribed interviews in DOD IG investigation that Rep. Loudermilk just released--the more obvious it becomes that the same federal agencies and bad actors who tried to destroy Trump for 5+ years were behind January 6. I don't think it can be questioned at this point.

Yes--either a total clusterfuck representative of the incompetence of Washington or something far more sinister (as I suspect) is that these Trump-haters from Pelosi to Milley to McConnell made this happen.

Based on your reporting and what I've seen from others is a combo cluster and sinister. The decision making process was fucked and I think McConnell and Pelosi wanted something to happen. To paraphrase you or Liz on the Afghanistan withdrawal regarding J6. 'Any mom planning a birthday party for a third-grader would have had a strong national guard presence at the capital on J6.' So given the third grade party planner bar they wanted J6 to happen.

As soon as Irving denied preparations for the NG, saying it was ‘not good optics’, the key to the whole plot was ‘Totally Optical’. Sp. Pelosi was the “up the chain” run Irving referred to, among other ‘coup leaders’ who were orchestrating as much confusion, chaos, and CYA fear amongst All dependent officers in that chain — as much as possible.

Between the (three letter) agitators and (protected) Antifa instigators deployed to intentionally foil efforts to provide security and decorum for the facility, as well as the legitimate concern for ‘protestors’, the event evolved into the ‘intended Clusterfuck’ that the coupmeisters could blast into the ‘Insurrection’ mantra against Trump which they (Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell and Pence) were themselves perpetrating.

We are in the speeding roundabout of an intersection of our ‘4th Turning’, created by enemies of our Constitutional Republic. The continued determination to railroad Trump and his America First sovereignty movement is only intensifying. What civil opposition once ‘threw against the wall to see what would stick’ is now being insolently thrown in all of our faces — All who are sneeringly expected to accept every outrage to our humanity as a taunt to our freedom, ‘do something about it,’ ‘get over it, Racist,’ and, between inflation, illegal immigration, IRS enhancements, lawfare, and the ever deepening specter of ‘censorship’ — the Uniparty word is “Play ball, Patriot deplorable!” “We’re not telling you what the trillion dollar CR kicks of the can down the road are Really all about. Your mission as a taxpayer is to pay what we say, shut up about the weird stuff we like, and just remember: We don’t send constables out to serve notices any more — we send a score of uparmored Swat team deputies, and you‘ll have 30 seconds to surrender, so we can keep it ‘All good.’”

[Perspective: Yes, 2A gives you the right to bear arms. Official interpretation: If you have any private ideas about bearing arms, even if you think that means defense of your own home, and yourself in question of whatever ‘rights’ you think apply in ‘bearing/brandishing’ those arms — Check that, because after the order to surrender is given, the countdown is on, and whatever you think is only meaningful if you show absolute compliance and give No indication of ‘resisting arrest.’

Any deviation from our protocol for arrest is cause for immediate execution. The basic fact is that whatever you consider your character to be, if you present with a weapon, We see ‘armed And dangerous.’]

***

Witness the execution (“by the book”) of Bryan Malinowski, Executive Director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas. In March of this year, 2024, agents of the ATF killed Malinowski in the course of serving a search warrant on his home pre-dawn the 19th. They had cut the power to his home and taped over his doorbell camera so he could not see who they were. All instead of simply serving notice by mail or constable. Apparently what they really wanted was to find something illegal in his ‘collection’, and why ask nicely for an inspection? When you can kick his door down like the badasses in Fallujah! Apparently again: Respect for citizenship in good standing, personal privacy, due process, and human rights are no longer primary, or even secondary to acceptance of authority. No — absolute power behind a badge and a bullet takes all. Right is not the humanizing factor, nor wrong the de-humanizing factor. It’s more about the collective — power — where ’Resistance is Futile.’

Or is it more about the message — FEAR This. For as long as dominance/governance is under your control, ‘this’ is whatever you say it is, and ‘fear’ is cloaked with ‘credible deniability’. Very legalistic, and very corrupt, incubating a virulent species of nihilism.

The decision had been made, and authorized by President Trump, by request of the DOD. Kash Patel, his DOD Chief of Staff, delivered the document to Trump and Sec. Miller. On Jan 4th or 5th. This was written in Government Gangsters, by Patel. With this cast of characters, there is no telling what happened to the Authorization.

Insubordination is cause for firing, so Milley should have been out by then.

It's difficult to convey my appreciation to you, Julie, for being on the vanguard of reporters who have worked with you to compile this amazing chronicle of the chaos and complete failure of the responsible parties involved in the legal protest which occurred on J6. This reveals several things which I believe are worthy of being examined but, specifically, it lays bare the complicity of both Pelosi and Schumer, not to mention the unwieldy bureaucratic bullshit that was part of the total breakdown of authority which prevented the DC National Guard from arriving prior to the protest. This simply indicates how much the legal protestors continue to be persecuted/prosecuted by the corrupt DOJ in order to interfere with the upcoming Presidential election. Despicable pretty well sums-up this debacle.

Thank you so much, Karlan, for your continued support and analysis.

This pieces was months--years maybe--in the making. I remember reading Jamie Fleet's interview and thinking, "You started planning for January 6 in summer of 2020??" That to me was the biggest tell that Pelosi and Company knew the election would be stolen and to lay the groundwork for the "insurrection" to criminalize protests against the election and destroy MAGA. They really thought Jan 6 would be the end of Trump and his movement--and more importantly, that no one would question or investigate the events of that day.

Such a long list of troubling facts- Sec. McCarthy lying repeatedly, Pelosi’s statements: “…just prepare for war”, “ come and get rid of these people”. That woman should be brought to her knees. She was referring to US citizens exercising their Constitutional rights. Milley establishing his own mission and violating his commitment to chain of command ( Pres. Trump was his Commander in Chief whose order was not implemented ). So many people involved who deserve to be brought before a tribunal to answer for their actions and inactions. May that happen.

Ryan McCarthy's actions are very troubling. He appears to have been very close to Milley. News reports indicated Biden considered keeping him on so he had motivation to assist in the fedsurrection. We need to learn a lot more about what he did, who he was listening to, and why he intentionally delayed deploying the guard until the protest was over.

General Milley was in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice the afternoon of 1 June, 2020. he wore his military uniform to a political event. (By all lights it got worse from there...)The writer doesn't wish to get into a discussion of Trump or any President demanding that a member of the military participate in a political event whilst in uniform. Every shave tail Lieutenant or Ensign, knows it is forbidden. General Milley had a duty to tell the President that he could not participate in the walk through Lafayette Park etc. If the president insisted, then General Milley had one course of action and one only. Resign on the spot, there are plenty of resources in the White House to write "I resign etc." But Mark Milley didn't do that, instead he chose a course of deliberate insubordination, further it sounds as if he authorized defense department assets to spy on American citizens. Funny he was so particular about punctilious adherence to the Rules of Engagement in active combat zones, but decided who needs the laws of the United States when it comes to being defiant and exercising your right to spy and act in defiance of the Civilian in charge of the military aka POTUS. Maybe if he exercised his fat ass a little more by running around Fort Meade, instead of running like a crying baby to people like Secretary Gates he could have done his job a little better. His deportment, his behavior as Chairman of the JCS was a simple disgrace. For that alone he should have received a General Courts Martial, given a discharge under dishonorable conditions which have meant that he would be basically a felon once his lard ass hit the street. Instead he got to stick around and oversee one of the greatest military defeats in detail in the history of the US military with the conduct the withdrawal from Afghanistan, and to this DAY refuses to accept any responsibility for his failure to properly plan and execute a proper military and civilian departure from Afghanistan.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC WORK!

The General is paranoid (for example, on a separate issue, he wanted to "root out" white supremacy from the military even though SOME Muslim soldiers had committed atrocities!)

He is an horrendously politically biased person who NEVER should have been in a position of authority.

"...we called it 'domestic unrest' ", but of course only if it involves Trump supporters.

What did he call the riots in DC the year before, or the "Summer of Peace"?

He may have been deluded, but his actions deserve formal investigation and punishment.

At the very least he has no business collecting a military pension and if he has security clearance it needs to be revoked on Day One of a Trump administration.

That timeline shows an astounding amount of incompetence, with the worst being the DoD officials! Before I retired, I represented the DC police union and represented many MPD officers and officials, as well as other federal law enforcement officers and I know how they typically work together. Its clear that it took an exceptional level of incompetence and malfeasance to obtain the chaos that resulted. On the plus side, the time-line certainly exhonerates Sund, who I had always believed was competent and certainly should have been capable of securing the Capitol in the face of a protest-turned-riot. I believe there's a good chance he would have prevented or stopped most of the violence had he been given the proper tools and authority. (I say that because every MPD high-rankkng official, of which Sund was one, has tons of experience doing just that.) Almost everone else named in the timeline (maybe with the exception of Walker) completely failed in their duties. They are the ones who should be in prison, not the people attending the legal rally/demonstration.

The inumerable aspects to this travesty of justice continues to compound every time new information surfaces. Its so terrible.

AOC acted like she was terrified. Nancy and daughter seemed rather calm. Was it because they knew in advance was had been set up to frame Trump supporters? She certainly got the impeachment ready in record time (like it had already been prepared in advance).

Now that they're releasing Jan 6 stuff right before the election I hope Trump will 'capitalize' on this by bringing up the DNC, Kommie-la, and the pipe bomb. Many people have no idea about any of this because ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, and the like have never mentioned it.
