One can only imagine the diaper change the Left Progressives are in need of, after yesterday. Double doses of daily SSRI and cannabis gummies, washed down with multiple glasses of a fine red wine. But, very importantly as China cracks down on religious and speech freedoms, Chairman Xi must be in a mindset of concern, imagine what he is thinking when he sees a. Stadium filled with pissed off American’s rage in their hearts and quelled by Erika Kirk saying “I forgive my husband’s killer” or words to that effect? Well ole Xi can have all the martial parades he wants but he has to be saying “Charlie Kirk has become a problem for the CCP…” How to stop a movement. Mao started one and couldn’t stop it, it rolled until 40 Million were dead. So our enemies have a problem now. Oddly one could surmise that Vladimir Putin is smiling broadly, he figures “I can do business with this crowd.” The western leaders, Stamer, Macron, Mertz, all laughed when Joe Biden literally took a dump in his pants at the Normandy celebrations, look here folks, ‘Merica is a joke! We have free run of the funny farm. If they watched 10 minutes of yesterday’s proceedings at any point, they are looking for the nearest pharmacy, and asking for a bottle of Hemlock. Their fear? What if “I am Charlie” comes to a theater near me?! News flash, it’s like the shock waves after 100 kilo tons of a nuclear weapon detonate, the blast is bad alright, the shock waves do the down range damage in 360 degrees, and then of course the radiation. It gets everything that survived the blast and the shock. It is going to get interesting…fast.

09/25/25: The finest free-association creativity seen in quite some time. Excellent!

Mr. Kirk would have enjoyed it because he enjoyed his life because he had a sense of humor (an aspect of his character easily and often overlooked).

And if you haven't seen this one (!):

https://babylonbee.com/news/nazi-rally-inspires-millions-to-forgive-and-love-their-enemies

And finally, this has nothing to do with anything. It just is.

If you're amused, then we're jake:

A jurist visits his bookie & asks him about a ball game that he wants to bet on.

The bookie, wary of the jurist's past slippery evasions about paying off on lost bets, thought the best way to get rid of him was this:

"Sam. You want to bet on the favorites in this thing - & we both know that the line in public - "3" - is ridiculously low. I'm not offering that number. Your faves have to win - cover - by ten runs. Your bet is a 'cover,' understand?"

To the bookie's amazement, his client agrees. It's a ten-run cover.

The favorites only win the game by three runs & the bookie meets the bettor in a coffee shop to collect.

Vice squad cops swoop in & arrest them both.

The arraigning court official hears the evidence against the bookie's customer & tosses the charges.

The prosecutor is stunned & asks for an explanation.

"The bet was that the faves had to cover by ten runs. They only won by three.

"Never book a judge if he doesn't cover."

[End]

In the halls of justice the only justice is in the halls! But great story/joke!

You’re ignorant. It’s not a joke. There is no justice from or for corrupt federal employees. Dr. Fauci needs to face justice. He predicted the pandemic in a televised interview, two years before the pandemic. Again, you are a low knowledge American.

Indeed, assume nothing, plan for the worst and hope for the best. The good news is you left a dying industry. The Y and especially the Z generations no longer use legacy media. Look at the Kimmel dust up, the only people watching are in a demographic that is dying off fast. So the NYT and WaPo can babble all they want, the more they misrepresent the facts and smear and create false narratives the less impact they have, it is somewhat amazing to think that as the money dries up the owners don’t clean up the mess, they are losing fortunes. In the old days there was a saying, how does a paper making mogul lose a small fortune? Starts with a big one. Jeff Bezos ought to take heed. Substack isn’t perfect on many accounts, but the “threads” can get you side ways. Like your reporters, it is good to be sure you’re scolding the right person. But in the main you had a good point. A lot of people who enjoyed the Nation’s trust and confidence have been lied to, and it is time for a legitimate accounting and if needs be criminal cases brought and conducted and so forth. Keep your eye on Tuesday 30 September in Quantico, it ought to be very very interesting. One can surmise realignment of the defense/war department is coming. One can suspect some heads will roll. Would guess many 3 and 4 star flag officers are going to be resigning and sending their retirement papers. Not a day too soon.

You said it first. Things are going to get interesting. In a recent poll, 25 percent of self-described liberals approved of violence to achieve political ends. Nope. Sorry. Wrong. We will not keep tolerating this crap.

I think you have hit the nail on the head. The morning of Jan. 6, that traitor Milley called Nancy Pelosi, not the commander in chief. I can prove Jan. 6 was an intentional, planned operation involving the FBI, Then Speaker Nancy Pelosi played a crucial role in entrapping and imprisoning Trump supporters. It’s all a fucking lie. I have to protect my husband; but I gave the proof to an investigative reporter, and The Blaze Newspaper printed the story. The DOJ then ginned up charges against him. Four felonies when he was only there to cover the protest. They are corrupt sons of bitches.

I was talking to you. I’m a former newspaper managing editor. I only provide verified facts. It’s not a joke when 25 percent of liberals approve of political violence.

Well who said I said otherwise? I was responding to the fellow who had responded to me and told a joke. Indeed we know the courts are corrupted, but since you’re a newspaper person better get all the facts before you make an assumption go back and follow the thread and write back when ready to apologize to a US Marine Infantry Officer, your welcome before you give me the thank you for service bromide.

Thank you for your service. At 10 years old, I watched my 41-year old father be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery. He was 41, and had 26 years of service. He, too, was infantry. I left home at 15, just five years later. I do apologize.

Correction. I legft newspapers right before being named Executive Editor, which would have made me one of the 100 most influential people in Virginia. The snot-nosed, nose-ring wearing reporters pitched damn fits when I told them to get both sides. I walked away because of the growing lack of integrity in the industry. That was 20 years ago: assumption is the mother of all fuck-ups, according to my West Point-educated husband.

I apologize for saying anything. Technology is not my strong suit.

Watched all of it too. My fav was Marco Rubio. I have never heard so much of God's word at a somewhat political event with a President, VP and cabinet members speaking it.

The entire day was filled with tears and joy.

We watched the whole celebration. JD, Stephen Miller, Jack, Tucker, Erika and many more did such a wonderful job! Again my eyes are swollen this morning. The Holy Spirit was palpable even watching it on TV. Charlie has changed the World. As Erika has said They have no idea what they have unleashed. Thank you Julie!

Well said, Julie. It was powerful mesmerizing TV at our home. I would love to know the viewership worldwide. Erika’s speech was the most powerful presentation I’ve ever witnessed. That’s one side of the coin; the other side is the muscular and devotional strength that will be unleashed throughout the world. As Charlie would often say, “Now, let’s get to work. We have a country to save!”

So many wonderful young people on the stage and in the audience and attending Turning Point events! What a contrast to the dark, unhappy protesters portrayed non-stop by main stream media. Gives us hope for this generation and future of the USA!

The most incredible tribute I’ve ever witnessed. It struck the perfect Made in America chord. The massive turn out, including the President and his cabinet, sends a message, not only of muscular Christianity, but of American political resolve. And what do they want? To Make America Great Again. I know, scary, right? And what do our opponents want? To permanently shut us up. Good luck with that. The more they try, the bigger and louder and more massive it gets. When are they going to wake up and realize they’re not only losers, but they’re losing.

Such a heartwarming event! That all speakers were claiming their love of the Lord was actually a bit shocking! I knew some of them were devout Christians, but I never expected such authenticity and passion. I agree, Stephen Miller was brilliant. He does have a gift and whenever I hear he’s going to be speaking, I stop everything and listen. He’s courageous and doesn’t mince words. He’s dedicated to his mission as Deputy Chief of Staff and President Trump is blessed to have him in that position.

My favorite eulogy without a doubt was Marco Rubio. He hit it out of the park and the more I see of him, the more he continues to impress. But having said that, the entire administration did a wonderful job of honoring their friend, Charlie Kirk. May God Bless them all, especially Charlie’s family.

Everyone who spoke was very moving, the one person that really touched me was Marco Rubio. I watched every single minute and my eyes were never dry. There are no words to describe how I felt the entire time. Thank you Julie, I could watch the entire event over and over again. Erika Kirk is the strongest person I’ve ever seen, she is a living testimony to our nation and her faith is so strong.
