The famously elusive special counsel is defending himself and attacking the Trump Department of Justice in public as various investigations into Smith's misconduct heat up.
Weissman and Smith would look good in orange jumpsuits, sharing a cell in a penitentiary, ideally in Alaska. First, they should be financially impoverished during their prosecution, paying millions to their lecherous lawyer pals.
10/15/25: Alaska is ideal, because if they escape in the warm months, the mosquitoes will drive them back into the prison screaming for help (true story). And in the cold months, well, wear your vapor barrier boots, boys. You'll need them. And don't forget that even if you do successfully escape your prison, your bunk mates will be suing you for alimony...
Thanks, Julie, for this enlightening example of the duplicity of that execrable human J. Smith. Hear him accuse the current DOJ cast-of-character, including Pam Bondi and Kasd Patel of weaponizing the federal law enforcement toward "political opponents" is so jaw-dropping that I almost fell out of my chair while listening to his rambling answers. Quite obviously, self-reflection is sorely lacking with Smith and, precisely because of that, the psychological term of "projection" fits him perfectly. And wasn't it rich that he was interviewed by A. Weissmann? And didn't you love the pass he gave to Chi-Com Joe for his unauthorized possession of top secret documents while he accused President Trump of obstruction despite President Trump having the Constitutional authority to have them? I don't play an attorney on TV but I think it would be very enjoyable to see Smith indicted, in a mugshot, tried and convicted, and ushered into a cell in Club Fed? How about you?
Smith has the gall to say what is going on at the DOJ saddens and angers him. Probably because he is going to be held accountable and hopefully indicted. Has there ever been an administration with more scandals than the Autopen administration? The corruption runs deep, I’m not sure it will be eradicated during Trumps four years, we will need Vance to continue rooting out all the evil. Each and every day it just gets worse and worse, what is even more disturbing is what we don’t know about what all Autopen did. Thank you Julie !
10/15/25: Apparently, Smith believes that there's no extradition treaty with the United Kingdom.
If Trump and the US Air Force can find three scrubby little holes in the Iranian soil, underneath which were --- and boy do we mean WERE --- atomic weapons research labs, Trump and Company will have no trouble finding Smith, no matter where he's hiding, on judgment day.
Oh, so Jack and Andrew found their way to London (Kentucky?) to w*nk each other off on stage? Please come back Boys, Comey and Wray will soon need your deep-throat expertise.....
Henchmen is the perfect description of Smith’s minions! Julie, is it not a crime for DOJ employees like Smith and Giardina to delete or destroy potential evidence like cell phone records, emails or other work products? It almost doesn’t matter what they get Smith on, though your reporting shows there’s plenty of serious malfeasance, but getting him on something to prove there is accountability is something I’m rooting for!
I am struck by the fact that no one ever gets punished for wiping data from their phones, laptops, etc. Oh whoops it’s data migration or changing carriers or some other calamity that befalls these criminals at an alarming rate. They really do think we are stupid or failing that, just unable to do anything about it. The latter, unfortunately, does seem true.
Typical “i’m a pussy and don’t really care about democracy” so i plead the 5th 75 times! These people are a disgrace to the country and all you Democrats in silence are protecting them. Democracy my ass!
10/15/25: Gasbag Smith: "As an international prosecutor..."
Doing what, indicting jaywalkers in Vancouver?
And who has nothing original to say --- “My career has also shown me how fragile [the rule of law] can be ... the rule of law ... rule of law ... take it for granted” is a Democrat automaton's script we've heard 1,000 times since January 21, 2025.
The Left always…ALWAYS…accuses others of doing what the Left has already done or planning to do.

10/15/25: As for Smith, has anyone else's evil physical appearance so perfectly matched his/her evil soul?
The two snake brothers are corrupt AF.
