When a government manufactures “evidence” to frame political enemies while burying its own criminality, you know your country is ruled by criminals.

Where is the bottom of this J6 FEDSURRECTION cesspool?

Of course, Julie, and regrettably, the specific Marxist-wearing-a-black-robe who is the presiding judge in the Soviet-Show-Trial of former President Trump (and, perhaps, future President Trump), certainly isn't going out-of-her-way to appear objective in this Kangaroo Court inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac. After all, hasn't the jury already delivered their verdict? Oh, that's right...they haven't even empaneled to "jury of peers" for this travesty, have they? To say this is predictable would be a vast understatement.

The J6 Committee’s, Jack Smith’s and Judge Chutkan’s contempt for Trump, the process and the truth is astonishing. They make no effort, and apparently have little need, to even pretend that what they are acting in good faith. For Trump and J6 defendants, the prosecutors and courts have decided that the prosecutors decide what evidence a defendant is entitled to present. Not surprisingly, the prosecutors win every case. Now, the prosecutors and courts, as in the 14th Amendment case in Minnesota, want to rely on the findings of the J6 Committee star chamber, without examining the testimony presented to the committee. Everyone needs to wake up! We can’t go on like this.?

This appears to be a Brady violation in that any exculpatory evidence is in the possession of the prosecution only, which used the first draft of the changing “evidence” to frame the indictment of President Trump. This is easily fixed. If the defense is not provided with all the evidence, to find the exculpatory evidence, the Prosecution should be prohibited to use the faulty “evidence” in the language of the charging document or in its arguments, or in presenting documents in its case against former President Trump.

Gee, the government only exists to protect itself... Go figure.

A long but excellent article below about why highly intelligent people are so easily able to convince themselves of obviously stupid and profoundly destructive things such as open borders, dumbed down schools, demonizing “Whiteness!” in general and white cops in particular, and of replacing meritocracy with “Equity” to make sure we’re all equal. They basically talk themselves into believing their own bs. They’re not just lying. They believe what they say even when what they say is obviously false. Hard to see how we can survive the damage they’ve done and are quite determined to continue doing.

“What this means is that, while unintelligent people are more easily misled by other people, intelligent people are more easily misled by themselves. They’re better at convincing themselves of things they want to believe rather than things that are actually true. This is why intelligent people tend to have stronger ideological biases; being better at reasoning makes them better at rationalizing.”

“Despite being irrational, wokeism is nevertheless an intelligent worldview. It’s intelligent but not rational because its goal is not objective truth but social signaling, and in pursuing this goal it’s a powerful strategy. People who engage in woke rituals, such as proclaiming their pronouns during introductions, or capitalizing the word “black” but not the word “white,” signal to others that they’re clued-up, cosmopolitan, and compassionate toward society’s designated downtrodden. This makes them seem trustworthy and likable, and explains why wokeism is most prevalent in industries where status games and image are most important: politics, media, academia, entertainment, and advertising.”

Julie,

I’m just reading about Alan Hostetter. Is it true that he was not charged with any violence? Was he charged with possessing weapons?

My story of the Jan6 rally in DC:

I attended the rally in DC to support honest and fair elections in the US, NOT to overthrow the Capitol for Donald Trump. I have known about election fraud by machines that leave no paper trail and utilize fractionalized votes to shift election outcomes since it first began to be exposed by Bev Harris and Bennie Smith in 2003. (See BlackBoxVoting.org) At the time of the protest, the law allowed 10 days for suspect electors to be returned to state legislatures for verification. This is what most of us hoped could happen by coming to DC.

We stood for about 5 hours in the freezing cold at the early morning Elipse Rally with a gazillion friendly, happy people who sang, prayed, and visited together the entire time.

(picture)

There was NO atmosphere of insurrection during this time, until…

… the single man pictured below started breaking out into screaming rants that to save the country we MUST enter the Capitol and take possession of it at one o’clock. It was nearly word for word what Ray Epps was videoed saying elsewhere.

(Picture)

Each time he did so the tension in the crowd was palpable and they did not respond positively. I considered confronting him but did not because I believe in his freedom to speak but by the third rant I could tell the crowd was tired of it.

Later, as we made our walk to the Capitol, I saw three men dressed in mostly black pulling “Do-Not-Cross” signs off a plastic construction-fence type barrier around the Capitol lawn. I snapped this picture as they scurried away like rats. The dismantled fence can be seen in the background.

(picture)

As we continued around the Capitol, I saw two darkly dressed people, separately (a man and a women) using white megaphones to compel more people to go into the Capitol. I was close enough to the woman to confront her and tell her she was NOT supporting President Trump who, by then (at 2:38pm) had already tweeted to his 80M+ Twitter followers to support law enforcement and go home. ( https://twitter.com/realdonaldtrump/status/1346904110969315332?s=21 ) She began screaming at me that I was a coward. I asked her if she was Antifa. She turned and walked away wo denying that she was, in fact, part of that group.

I believe the Capitol invasion was primarily led by people who hate President Trump and want to incriminate him. Possibly, people in law enforcement that were involved in entrapping people like FBI operatives did in Michigan trying to incite the kidnapping of Gov. Whitney.

I deplore the actions of the breachers and am extremely disappointed in the Trump supporters who foolishly followed them into the Capitol. I did not experience ANY Trump team member or supporter who deliberately or casually encouraged over throwing the government. I pray that Trump-haters will come to their senses and allow a proper presentation of the abundant evidence for voter fraud to be evaluated by fair-minded people.

Here’s a good video I watched earlier today about the exponential advance of AI. Anyone who understands the significance of what happened to people like Ashli Babbitt, the QAnon Shaman and Derek Chauvin whose life has been ruined by the democrats who also used him to demonize the police and make police work impossible in cities like Chicago, would understand that America has already ceased to exist internally which is why it’s so rapidly unraveling externally. Our whole world is also in a rapidly accelerating tailspin and I believe AI is the only thing that can save us. Time is moving faster and faster so we will soon see what fate has in store for us.
