Thanks for the update, Julie! 👍 While I would prefer a smoother, accelerated path to the conviction and incarceration of this duo of dunces, let’s hope the appeal is successful and the process impoverishes both of these clowns before they are imprisoned.

11/25/25: "German forces rescued Mussolini on September 12, 1943, in an operation codenamed Operation Eiche. SS Sturmbannführer Otto Skorzeny led the daring glider assault on the Hotel Campo Imperatore, successfully freeing Mussolini from his Italian captors without firing a shot."

Currie has likewise rescued Comey. This will serve as much useful purpose as Mussolini's rescue (Mussolini was transported by the Nazis to the very tip of Northern Italy, set up as a paper puppet "government," and we all know the end of the story from there).

The Clinton Judge "dismissed with prejudice". Doesn't that mean that it cannot be tried again. If that is correct, is an appeal even allowed?

Dismissed without prejudice. So can be tried again. It’s so hard to watch the preening asshat aka Comey prance around with his sanctimonious smile celebrating. He knows what he did.

To think people keep putting the blame on Bondi, Kash and Bongino as to why all these miscreants aren't behind bars. See what we're up against? A complete judge turnover would revolutionize our country and make it fair again.

This imbalance in lower court judges is due to a Blue Slip rule in Congress giving senators a say in nominees. Seems fair until the 147 democrat judges are compared to the 35 republicans.

This is the real leverage the Democrats have, and they are using opportunity to keep the republicans from enforcing Trump’s agenda. (This article was published in Shipwreck Crew about a month ago, with charts.)

Julie, I expected a post after that lower tier Marxist-Wearing-a-Black-Robe in South Carolina issued the ruling today. I don't have any legal knowledge concerning the nuts-and-bolts of this case against both L. James and J. Comey, so I am not qualified to opine on the justice, or non-justice, as the case may be. I do find it puzzling, though, that this Marxist-Wearing-a-Black-Robe rendered her decision so rapidly in contrast to Judge Aileen Cannon's ruling last summer. Perhaps there is a major difference between the appointment of a Special Counsel, as in the case of Jack Smith, and the appointment of a U.S. Attorney? Only time will tell whether the appeal is successful. But to dismiss both cases against two execrable creatures who screamed "nobody is above the law" when they went after President Trump is maddening and frustrating, to say the least. Regrettably, this just another example of lower tier Marxists-Wearing-Black-Robes who believe they run the country...

Remember that Justice Thomas wrote an Opinion on the Appointments Clause when he saw all the amicus briefs filed on the topic.

That the judge used Halligans’s appointment, stating that District Judges appoint US Attorneys sounds like an open door. She probably knew new she didn’t have a solid case when she ruled without prejudice.

That's a valid point, for certain. I know that Laura Ingraham mentioned prominently the "without prejudice" on her show last evening. I trust her legal knowledge in this matter and I'm hopeful that the appeal will be reverse that brain-dead ruling.

Let us hope Bondi and co are very measured and articulate exactly what they are seeking and why if ,[ and they better ] refile against these two lowlifes. Surely Rodent Comey can be tied in to the Russiagate RICO if this continues and as I understand it these investigations have no expiration date.

No surprise. With the expiration time on Comey he probably skated. Will be interesting re conspiracy. Guess with the appeal on both we once again see two tiered system. There is no longer a justice system

My first and deepest felt reaction is to say that James Comey is the new O.J. Simpson. I want to scream that Comey is the vilest most corrupt and criminal piece of human garbage to ever draw a breath. I am disgusted that he is prancing in front of the cameras acting like the repugnant pompous ass he is. The evidence is unequivocal: He initiated and orchestrated an insurrection to overthrow the United States government. Now, he is free as a bird never to answer for his crimes. How could this have happened in America? I blame it on the so called judge.

But after some pause, I am thinking that President Trump, Pam Bondi and the lawyers over at DOJ are pathologically incompetent or worse, perhaps faking it to deceive us. How could anyone go into that courtroom having put together a case with more holes in it than the Titanic after it hit the iceberg. A first-year law student could have put together a tighter case. Why was there not a more thoughtfully appointed U.S. Attorney? Why did Trump have to stick his nose so publicly into the appointment of this interim U.S. Attorney?

Then, I come to my senses, take a deep breath and face the reality. We have lost. The 21st century Bolshevik crime syndicate known as the Democrat Party political regime has won. America is gone with the wind. We traditional Americans have been reduced to a powerless and defeated minority. The Obama-led American-hating insurrectionists have cleaned our clock. The difference in the battle was this: 1) A wholly, and I mean completely, corrupt federal judiciary of political thugs and goons; 2) 50 million useful idiots, many of them ready to take to the streets to ensure the insurrectionists prevail at all costs and; 3) Three generations indoctrinated in corrupted public schools. Thus it is that the Devil has become the victor and the better angels of God have gone down in defeat.

To those who object to this dire and seemingly defeatist picture I ask this: What evidence is there that we are but three short years away oblivion. The federal courts have effectively rendered the Executive Branch of the government little more than a soon to be removed speed bump. Judge Cameron McGowan Currie is off to celebrate at cocktail parties all around Washington, the insurrectionists have escaped all accountability and James Comey is dancing in the streets laughing in our faces. Meanwhile, the American-hating Muslims own and run Dearborn Michigan, the criminal Third World Somalis Muslims run and own Minneapolis, hardcore communists now have taken control of New York City, and Los Angles has devolved in hell-hole of crime and filth. All the while, the citizens in these cities are rejoicing and singing praises to Allah and Lenin. I hope that I am wrong and that I can come back to these pages to admit my error and eat crow. But our situation is, for now, bleak.

Oh my my... Whell then! Who was or are the chief investigation teams for Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell and Lisa Cook who also are under investigation with allegations of Mortgage Fraud?

I ask because I'm wondering if we are looking at another Demo Judge pulling the same Demo favored crap with those possible indictments as well? I want the favor to go against the DFI Demo's next time.

It seems to me, that using these "judges" to go after Trump is the only game the Demo's currently have that has not blown up in their own face, like Jasmin Crockett did with her Dr. Jeffrey Epstein accusations just recently. Boy, that was just delightful to watch as that bint tripped all over her own tongue and rear section. That was just so "Duh Now" on Crockett! S/he missed the mark HANDILY with that planned deception, don't cha think?

Think about the gamesmanship here - someone has filed, "or may file," a motion to disqualify the entire ED VA US Attorney's office. And on that basis, the statute allows the Chief Judge of the 4th Circuit (perhaps the Swampiest) to end-run the blind-draw assignment process (assuming it still exists) and send the matter to any district judge he chooses in the 5 states of the Fourth Circuit.

It's no wonder Comey "happened upon" seashells telling the world to blow Trump's head off. What could possibly happen to him?

When was the original SOL? My understanding is that with conspiracies, the SOL is set from the last date that any member of the conspiracy acted to further it.

Expand full comment
Don Reed's avatar

If my memory serves correctly: The original SOL was set to expire about 24-48 hours before Comey was indicted. There was no conspiracy charge (simply perjury, congressional testimony). The conspiracy aspect is involved in the Florida legal proceedings concerning Brennan The Bastard.

I can’t help but think that Bondi could have moved for adjournment after the judge found that the Appointment was invalid. Was the Appointments Clause (the law) applied to the facts of her appointment in this hearing? If not, the appeal will be exactly that point . The Law must be applied to the facts to make a judgment.
