I don't have any legal knowledge concerning the nuts-and-bolts of this case against both L. James and J. Comey, so I am not qualified to opine on the justice, or non-justice, as the case may be. I do find it puzzling, though, that this Marxist-Wearing-a-Black-Robe rendered her decision so rapidly in contrast to Judge Aileen Cannon's ruling last summer. Only time will tell whether the appeal is successful. When was the original SOL? My understanding is that with conspiracies, the SOL is set from the last date that any member of the conspiracy acted to further it.
If my memory serves correctly: The original SOL was set to expire about 24-48 hours before Comey was indicted. There was no conspiracy charge (simply perjury, congressional testimony). The conspiracy aspect is involved in the Florida legal proceedings concerning Brennan The Bastard.
I can’t help but think that Bondi could have moved for adjournment after the judge found that the Appointment was invalid. Was the Appointments Clause (the law) applied to the facts of her appointment in this hearing? If not, the appeal will be exactly that point . The Law must be applied to the facts to make a judgment.
