The situation with this D.C. Court is not mysterious. When one considers Judge Boasberg's judicial history, his conflict-of-interest connections, familial and political, and his recent rulings and case assignments, one can state, with little fear of being wrong, that he is an enemy of the Republic. This is a clear and present threat. The Congress must act with all the fury they can muster to force Boasberg to stand down immediately as he faces impeachment hearings. When someone is this arrogantly aggressive toward our form of government and our electoral choices, it is time to turn over the rocks to find the core of treason. When Boasberg is treated as the enemy he is... most likely he will squeal and reveal the secrets of Chief Justice Roberts.

Isn’t wonderful how non-citizens and perhaps gang members get protection from America’s courts! What the hell is wrong with these bastards?!

At the risk of being redundant, Julie, I remain convinced that the only way to break this extraordinary over reach of lower tier district judges is for President Trump to follow the example of Abraham Lincoln. Remember, during fraught times in the Civil War, President Lincoln opposed and ignored the Taney-led Supreme Court decision demanding habeas corpus. President Trump should simply ignore these petty tyrants and resume the deportation flights. That appears to be the only method to force this Constitutional crisis to come to a head because, otherwise, these ridiculous little judicial tyrants will do everything in their power to delay and potentially stop the agenda for which President Trump was elected last November. The United States cannot survive a repeat of President Trump's first term in office when similar little judicial tyrants issued decisions which hampered his Constitutional authority under Article Two. The time is ripe now to upset and stop this legal limbo.

A rhetorical question + comment:

Many are calling for impeaching these judges and making them testify, even if the Senate will never vote to remove.

WOULD NOT IT BE MORE EFFECTIVE TO GO AFTER THE HEAD(S) OF THE SNAKE? INSTEAD OF PLAYING ON THE TURF THEY'VE CHOSEN, GO ON AN OFFENSIVE END RUN.

In other words, investigate and prosecute Marc Elias and the various groups that have been planning and executing this systemic lawfare.

RICO conspiracy, anyone? Improper ex parte communications by and with the judges, anyone? Money laundering / wire fraud (the funding of the plaintiffs) anyone?

What about identifying private sector individuals and entities that might have legal grounds to sue the lawfare-plaintiff individuals and entities and funders? Make the lawfare-plaintiffs also have to start defending themselves.

File prosecutions and civil suits against them in non-D.C. districts in which there would be proper venue (e.g., where the lawfare-plaintiffs have property or residency).

Fighting (only) in the DC-central court system, with a Roberts-Barrett Supreme Court at the top of the pyramid, is foolish.

Hang in there, Julie!

I can't even juggle TWO balls at once, let alone even THINK of juggling the numbers of tasks that you make appear so simple.

NOBODY does it better!

Thank you so much!

God bless you and your supportive husband for sacrificing so much of the personal time of which y'all have so little.

Sorry that Judge Henderson caught the DC virus ignoring basic Habeas and jurisdictional Law in favor of grandiose dillusions of power. Hopefully it was her age that caused her to ignore the obvious scam of a class action magically appearing in DC the Tijuana of US justice where plaintiffs take law to die. Infamous case rivaling Dred Scott and the Four Horsemen Cases for Judicial arrogance and blindness. What do they propose for those being murdered every day because of the now notorious failure to follow immigration laws.

Thanks for the briefing Julie. The President and the Congressional majority should not back down on this. Each should employ every legal tool and fight to the max. We must have a legally clarified process to oust criminal non-citizens from our country.

This makes me chuckle. Suddenly DOJ is on our side. And legal nuance abounds while the People siege the Entrenched. BUT, nothing, yes NOTHING, will rid us of this vermin till DC is geographically dismantled. Dozer flat.....just herons in the swamp.

Thank you for all the truth you put out there. Somehow these judges who are participating in an insurrection must be stopped. Arrested. Convicted. And I vote for prison. Since they are treasonous I would say firing squad with bullets soaked in pigs blood. By the way, if we really wanted to stop the terrorists problem let it be known that from here out ALL of our ammunition, bombs, drones, etc will be soaked in pigs blood before they are used. I believe it was Patton who started this to squash problems.

People are forgetting the purpose of bring a judge before hostile questioning in the House. Beware that at the minimum, judges like Boasberg understand criminal jeopardy. Some are relatively smart. They have experience what a perjury trap can lead to. Not a single one could handle hard time among some tough guys so do not expect heroes. What I would expect is arrogant defiance until the trap trips.

So, if things get tough, a Boasberg would plead the 5th Amendment regarding self-incrimination. It is his right so I would not fault a criminal invoking. However, I would expect that would be the last day with the title "Judge" because the system will not tolerate it another day. Every trial, every ruling, every opinion will be marked as suspect. Are you sure, your Honor? Maybe you mean to cite your 5th Amendment rights?

Watch a young Bobby Kennedy questioning a hostile witness before Congress. That was 1957. Today, it would be far more lethal. Keep pounding until Boasberg starts to cry or whimper.
