More proof the DC courts need to be abolished. Getting a fair trial is virtually impossible, verdicts seem to depend on what political affiliation and race the perpetrators belong too. Jurors are lying to the court when asked if they can remain impartial when reaching a verdict. The judicial system is broken.
Why can't federal cases be tried in other parts of the country? Why are they always in DC where the majority Democrat populace is clearly biased and have TDS? Also, if the whole jury pool is predominantly Democrat, how can any conservative or moderate be tried by a jury of their peers?
The Trump administration's DOJ has made attempts to prosecute some of these cases in Florida. This has happened with government goons that were involved in the Mar-a-Lago raid. But to do so, there has to be some nexus of the charged crime that took place in an area outside of the Washington, DC district.
Another way is to have an individual state bring criminal charges for violations of the criminal code that took place within their jurisdiction. But then that state's courts are having to charge and try the criminals at their expense, which may not be something that they want to consume their state attorneys with prosecuting.
It shows the following: what this country judicial system will be like in a DSA America, it won’t be just the judges, it will be the electorate. Pirro knows that she can’t move trials to Northern Virginia as it will be the same.

The self righteous partisan bias of liberal juries we have seen in the Trump era is unique. We have had racist juries in the South that subverted the law. We have had jury nullification by black female jurors who felt emotionally unable to send a young black man to prison. But as far as I know, the US has not had significant, manifestly partisan bias as a problem up until now.
The grand resisters, even in the halls of justice, and a judge so feckless and on the take politically speaking that he won’t conduct an investigation into the behaviors of his juries. Well one day, one of these resisters, will be walking or driving somewhere and by chance become a victim of an MS-13 crime, hard to say which kind, they are good at murder and mayhem. Then assuming they live, which is doubtful the world will turn and justice outside the halls of justice will be demanded, and some politician in order to gain votes will step up bravely and say in the well of the House of Representatives “How many more Mr. Speaakaah!? How many more?” And then…??? Absolutely nothing will be done, and DC will carry on business as usual, until one of them is robbed or murdered and then we might see one these hacks get serious. Members of congress poll slightly above the radioactive amphibian carbon waste at the bottom of the Mariana Trench. And so it goes…
