AG (Judge)Jeannie will be very hard to strong arm. I hope she finds a way to win this appeal and prove guilt. Maybe even moving the case out of DC since it is impossible to get a fair trial.

A few observation:

Hur just proves that he’s no Republican and he’s happy to be on the side of the TDS DC crowd.

We all know that no judge will actually be impeached because the Senate can’t even wipe their own ass. BUT if ONLY the house would impeach these judges and make the PROCESS the penalty. It would show that Johnson hears the base and it would show he’s fighting for us. That might not even pass the house but for God’s sake FIGHT for the citizens tired of the 2 tiers of justice.

Make Boasberg spend money and who knows what might be found out about who is behind this mess. Bring the dingleberry Norm Eisen in to testify.

These Republicans don’t know how to fight- so sick and tired of Johnson smile and his soft demeanor.

I can't recall ever witnessing more contemptible behavior from any "judge" in the United States Judicial System. Every legal action is being repealed by the criminals that have overtaken the asylum that is the Washington, DC criminal justice system. This disgrace is making the dis-United States look like a complete joke!

Pnoldguy's avatar

It doesn't make it look like a joke, it IS the joke of DC.

boasberg "randomly was assigned the case," right?

Pnoldguy's avatar

We all know that is 🐂💩.

Judge Jeannine will not give up easily. Unfortunately, the most powerful lawyers devoted to "the law" are the most abusive of their positions.

Julie, thanks for this update. At the risk of being redundant, perhaps it's time for President Trump to publicly and vociferously defy this ridiculous and bordering-on-unconstitutional ruling by this Marxist-wearing-a-black robe inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac. This cancer has to come to a head soon or the judicial coup will continue unabated.

Number one...I take offense in using the word "democratic" and applying it to saying that Washington D.C. is an example of that. I get it that the Democrats use the word Democratic in order to boost their self absorbed ego culture attitude, however, I would like to presume that the word has more integrity than what is being forced down our throats by the Democrats as some sort of testament that "they" are a thinking and reasonable group of people who look at anything with care and consideration for all who are involved in some decision that effects many of us.

I see them as very quick to accuse. Then accuse in bulk with all of their other mouthy "democrat/leftist/liberal cronies following in suit with the almost exact same verbiage saying the same thing en masse. And then to double and triple down (ad infinitum) repeating the same caca de toro well after they have been proven justifiably wrong with their mouthing off contentions and outright lies.

How is that democratic?

Funny (not) that such a blatantly political and hypocritical ruling would not be reported far and wide by the likes of WAPO, NYT, etc.

Once again, Thank you Julie

I know one thing. I remember Robert hur from the Biden investigation - i followed it all pretty closely and at the time, i gave his non prosecution decision the benefit of the doubt.....

in my non-legal mind...it struck me that maybe he had decided it was best for all parties and country to just let it fizzle out.

And then he followed up with his resignation and got out....

But now to re-emerge on the scene, again, in opposition to Trump and his administration???

Makes me wonder whether Hur was ever nonpartisan to begin with? Back during Biden investigation.

There are NO non-partisans inside the beltway. None!

I've never lived near DC (maybe lucky me?)

One would think tho that there are at least some x number of people inside beltway who just actually believe in our form govt??

So much so that they make a point to not allow themself to swing one way or the other ??

Yea.. right...huh? ... 🙄

One other comment regarding the financial overrun. I almost did reach retirement because the capital project that I was managing was $8M over budget, yes, $8M on an original $67M budget.

The knot hole Management grabbed me through was brutal. So for this $billions of overrun is outrageous and it just reinforces that taxpayers money means nothing to republicans and democrats.

Number two ... If Michael Sussman, who was figuratively, logically, straight up guilty of his part in the Russia Hoax, if he was tried in any other place than Wash. D.C. or New York, that smelly crusty turd would have been convicted. Exactly how democratic is THAT? The jurors were knowingly biased beyond reason for no conviction. They saw nothing but Sussman as innocent of being thoroughly responsible for what he provably did in the Russia Hoax.

So, is that supposed to be democratic? EXCUUUUUUSE MEEEEE...I DON'T THINK SO!

When will these judges and grand juries be held accountable. Treason, insurrection, coup, conspiracy..

Reading this, it's easy to believe that lawyers (in broad respect) are the least productive sector of a civilized society. Argument is their bread and butter, intrigue their dessert.

In a rational world, Republicans in Congress would have abolished & defunded the DC District & Circuit Courts already. Addition courts in Mariland should replace them.

Number Four ... Why should Jeannine Pirro expect anything different than what she has heretofore been experiencing in Washington D.C.?

Does she have the political pull to be able to overcome a herd of mouthy hyenas coming for her neck? If she does, I'd like to meet the armorer who outfits her with her chain mail adorned armor suit that she can gently leap and land in, noiselessly.

Number Three ... the Democrats are not democratic. That's my opinion and I'm stickin' to it!
