Great work as usual, Julie!! I cannot believe that all of this is happening in the United States of America…

If it wasn't for Julie K, we would know nothing about what President Trump was going through. The look on Trumps face in court is one of boredom and exasperation. He's used to being busy accomplishing things and now he has yo sit through this madness.

Dems have become the party of hypocrites and weaponized government.

And they are so oblivious/all in with their hate and need for power they may have lost ability to even see it?

They are so absorbed in their anything to retain power desires that I don't even see in their faces anymore that they recognize what hypocrites and corrupt liars they are.

Thanks Julie. Now I am eager to hear your thoughts and fact finding on the NY case where Fat Albert finally told us what the further charges he cited today, which elevates his now expired misdemeanors to felony status. I am anxious!

If any living former President could be charged for illegal acts while in office, then I foresee Obama being charged for extra-judicial executions, specifically Anwar Al-Wacki in Yemen by a drone strike while Obama claimed he acted within the law. Also for invading seven different nations while he was in office without the approval of Congress (no, the Authorization to Use Military Force is not a general declaration of war that any President can take out of a briefcase and initiate). I would allege that it is an illegal "law" and is immediately void. But that is beyond the scope of this post.

Part of the result of Nixon's resignation was the idea that a President could only be held liable in criminal court for acts while in office if he was impeached and convicted in the Senate. When Nixon resigned, part of the arrangement was that he would be exempt from any criminal trials for his actions while in office. Therefore, this should constitute a legal precedent that would hold for all future Presidents of the United States. Is there a Trump Exception here, too?

After I read the silly, self-serving statement by Lizzie Cheney, I could easily see the substitution of Joe Biden's name for Trump, and James Comer's or Jim Jordan's name for the special investigative committee. She doesn't change any opinions of people who already disagree with her.

Liz Cheney, A worm of notable slime (as if their might be a good kind that she isn't)!

Julie, I gotta say, another fine article!

So, okay, how many times is this country going to go through the old saying "What's good for the Democrats is also GOOD FOR THE DEMOCRATS". And here in lies the rub. What was in Clinton's sock drawer was HIS (for all time) and the ruling went to the Democrats - thank you very much Judge Amy Jackson in 2012 for clarifying this highly appointed ruling. Obviously Judge Jackson was the Goddess of all law in 2012. Of course, Clinton was a POTUS, RIGHT??? So he could take what he wants and it's his to do with what he wants. Who gives a rats rectum ... because that was the rule that day! Whull, up until RIGHT NOW!

Oh, and exactly how many women did Clinton pay off with "hush money" to get them to shut their traps about how he "sexed" them? And didn't old Hillary read them a riot act for doing that? No, not dainty and sweet "little" soft spoken Hillary! And again, of course, it was all copacetic and fine and dandy that Bill and Hillary Clinton would not get his, uh, I mean their clock cleaned for paying off, what, at least 3 or 4 women or more!

Now, ain't that a juxtaposition of law going on, ay? BUT...wait...did Judge Amy Jackson's ruling just go up in smoke for the paper it was recorded on for both "swing yer d-ck around Mr. Bill the President" as well as 'there's nothing to see here in my sock drawer...'cuz it's MINE and Amy made it so'!

Oh and there's that tiny little 'piece of work' issue of the RUSSIA GATE HOAX that both Hillary Clinton and the DNC have their teeth biting each other's ample rear sections over, which they quietly admitted responsibility for doing and paid a little bit of cash in remuneration (in comparison to $175 million) for their quagmire of enmeshed connections (including Lisa Monaco, Christopher Steele, Michael Sussman (all of Perkins Coie Law), Lisa Page, Peter Stzrok, McCabe, etc. etc. etc,) in that very small attempt (sarcasm) to "influence the 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION!

So, I suppose that Judge (I'm not at all biased against Donald J Trump) Merchan (and my wife didn't work for the NY Attorney Generals [plural] office plus my daughter didn't raise all sorts of cash for any of the DJ Trump hate squad contingent of always up front and honest players) will be very fair and honorable throughout the current Manhattan NY court case that is about, wait for it, HUSH MONEY!

Now, where did I hear that said already? Oh yeah, Bill Clinton and all of his dalliances with the many women (Gennifer Flowers 1977, Juanita Broaddrick 1978, Dolly Browning mid 1970's, Leslie Millwee 1980, Elizabeth Ward Gracen 1982, Myra belle Miller aka Sally Perdue 1983, Paula Jones 1991, Kathleen Willey 1993, and the unforgettable Monica Lewdinsky (sorry, um er) Lewinsky 1995.

Yeah, there are NO SIMILARITIES HERE...ARE THERE???

Yes, I like how dems change the way our laws are to be interpreted when they have a republican or Trump in crosshairs.

If a dem President (former President) had done everything Trump did there would be no 90+ indictments.

The political prosecution of Trump is important and historic in it's own rite, of course. But in the context of the "big picture", it might only be equivalent to pushing a single pawn forward one square in a chess game.

Tucker had an interesting interview with Michael Yon today. The interview got a little out of hand, b/c Yon was talking about very big picture stuff, or what Brett Weinstein calls "Goliath". What is going on "big picture"? What I got from Yon, (and his talk was a bit incoherent, admittedly), was that Yon thinks that China aims long-term to make the U.S. one of its many vassal states. But long-term here could mean fifty years or more. However, or the sake of conversation, we're seeing so many strange things these days, that its worth asking about the big picture.

I stepped onto a trolley car one evening last week in San Diego and found it crowded with obvious illegal border crossers who were apparently being sent by DHS from the San Ysidro border to the Old Town trolley stop, where they all dutifully got off the trolley and walked over to the electric shuttle bus to the airport, to depart for parts unknown. (not blaming the illegals, who seemed like good folks). But, WTF? What is my govt. doing right now? What is the big picture.

I see fentanyl addicts dancing on street corners daily. I see an open border. And the government is worried about whether a settlement with S.Daniels was properly entered into the accounts? And Trump is per force off the campaign trail for two months, if not headed for jail? What's the big picture, here, I wonder?

'Defendant may be subject to federal investigation, indictment, prosecution, conviction, and punishment for any criminal acts undertaken while in office' are former presidents, Carter, Clinton, Bush, and Obama hearing this? Duh. That sound like they could be indicted at any time for things they did in office-yet they remain silent.

If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor. Remember that lie?

I just can't believe that this is happening in America. And if they can do it to Trump, why not us?

Why are they so afraid that he'll be #47?

If all of these so called crimes, were so heinous, they wouldn't have slow walked the start of the indictments. They would ALL have taken place in 2021.

With President 'Don't' on the campaign trail, the people should see how terrible he is and gladly re-elect Trump. Biden is a walking billboard to elect Trump. No leader in any other country in the world is so weak and feckless. The United States is a joke around the world. And Biden they say is 'SHARP'.

Trump 45-47-49 :)

In response to this terrific analysis of the ongoing travesty of justice perpetrated by Marxists-wearing-black-robes and occurring inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac, Julie, the only thing that I pray will happen is that SCOTUS ignores all of the propaganda emanating from the Socialist-Activist-Jouranalists-Propagandists and rule in favor of the Constitution. Along those lines, I also pray that the chief justice will grow a spine in the process...

We know what they are like at the top - they are using their powerful positions to pollute the entire country from East Palestine to NYC and it could not be more obvious than the present Monkey Trials that makes the original Scopes Trial seem like a SCOTUS hearing by comparison.

Bragg, after Trump is elected, and the second civil war is behind us, must be arrested and prosecuted along with many other Deep State fascist and communist law breaking seditious operators that have infected the body politic and, especially, the judiciary. The intel power brokers that have misused the system must spend their expected retirements facing indictments, prosecutions and jail time. And they know it which is why they will do anything including, and expected, eventual attempts to assassinate Donald Trump - they may be successful. Hillary Clinton cannot remain out of jail during the next Trump Administration. These are lawless, dangerous people who are far greater enemies of America than any foreign power.

Bragg has done more, than any other of Letitia James’ toadies, to brand America with the stigma of being thought of as a “Banana Republic”, than even Castro and Chavez have done to Cuba and Venezuela.

Let's see what "Cocktail Circuit Justice Roberts" and his toady Associate, "Amy the Cowed Barrister" do to get out of their responsibility, as the ultimate judges, by rewriting the clear text associated with the Constitution's Impeachment Clause that says nothing about prosecuting a President for real crimes and/or made up-crimes. It says impeachment, followed by a Senate trial and possible removal and nothing more. If a President, while in Office, cannot be prosecuted then why is it not apparent that speculative, and even very real crimes, he/she also cannot be prosecuted for afterwards? Both instances would compromise the ability of the Executive to run America. Is this any way to run a country? It is when those in charge have gotten away with criminal behavior for so long and are now fearful that Trump will seek retribution (he will), and long overdue justice, for what these seditious scoundrels have done to America using their offices and powerful positions. They, and not a former President, have to pay for real crimes. And President Trump will be the perfect public official to do what is Constitutionally required to deal with those who orchestrated a coup d'état and now partake in, and suborn, this hydra headed illegal coverup.

I hope Pres. Biden realizes he would be in the cross hair if a declaration of no Presidential immunity or limited immunity is reached. High on the list are the 13 deaths in Afghanistan, plus any major injuries. What about the family that was wiped off the face of the earth when they were wrongly targeted as the terrorists responsible for the bombing? What about the Americans left behind? What about American hostages killed by Hamas because he will not stand up to Iran or send our Seal Teams in to rescue them. What about illegally refunding college tuitions? What about not doing the main thing he is in charge of - keeping the homeland safe and secure by protecting our border? Add up the deaths from fentanyl and illegal aliens and let the Angel families go after him. I hope Republicans are getting ready to play defense. If not, its time for We The People to declare Taxation without Representation and take appropriate action.

Additionally Julie, isn't it interesting (pathetic) that Bragg is bringing this manufactured, illegitimate case against Trump - now calling it "election interference".....

When in 2020, we watched in full view 50 former intelligence officials and Antony Blinken ACTUALLY take part in "election interference" when they went public with letter labeling Hunter's laptop as having all the earmarks of "russian disinformation".

then Biden compounded the interference when he went on to LIE ON GLOBAL TV to the world when he said his family had not received money from china, ukraine, russia and that the laptop had been "debunked".

We watched in full view true "election interference" with those events/lies clearly for the purpose of improving Biden's standing as a candidate.

Julie, where are our conservative/republican lawyers to fight fire with fire??

The Democrats have always proven to be poor administrators, run a non business like government. It could be that these 'secret WH Led Meetings' took time to coordinate on everyone's schedules, and that led to slow start up by Chutkin, Smith and Garland. Garland always does things slow, so maybe if Biden had a more aggressive AG, someone like Eric Holder, these trials may have been concluded by now?

Of course, here comes the whacko from Wyoming, Cheney, still trying to slam Trump and as always it's falling on deaf ears. The woman is unhinged and what's happening now with Cassidy Hutchison's fired attorney Stefan Passantino, must have gotten Cheney's attention. Hutchison alleged Passantino pressed her to stay loyal to Trump and coached her responses when she was to testify at the Cheney-Pelosi creep show on the January 6 protest. So, Passantino is accused of misconduct and is fired, and then Hutchison has a new attorney who lets her lie through her teeth.

After Hutchison leaves the stand to a cheering media you see Cheney just grab her and hug her like a long lost relative. But, Passantino, being no shrinking violet, sues the House and the Sub-Committee for damages to his business and reputation and for the last 2 years the charges have been investigated by every Tom, Dick & Harry legal authority and he is found innocent of all charges.

In the meantime, before the verdict, Passantino sued Andrew Weissman for defamation when he said on MSNBC that Passantino was a liar, so now that Passantino has been exonerated, we could shout hallelujah that Weissman might finally get his comeuppance. He needs to be crucified after the complete destruction of 85,000 jobs when Weissman went after Arthur Anderson the accounting firm for Enron which was then overturned by SCOTUS 9-0. Of course, he rears his ugly pointy head as the lead prosecutor (and the actual kahuna of the Mueller garbage investigation of the Clinton Hoax against Trump), and he shows now to be the biggest boob in the legal profession. And that might be hard to prove with Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Letitia James and others in the running, but there is a major hiccup that has popped to the surface and out of the garbage can, and it happens to be the judge on Passantino v. Weissman -- yup, Tanya Chutkan.

So, I think the appeals court and SCOTUS will once again be hearing oral arguments on another J6 case as Passantino hopefully gets justice one way or the other. And the other January 6 defendants, including Trump get out of the Cheney-Pelosi-FBI trap at the Capitol on January 6!

Squirrel Attorney for Special Counsel now makes the

"Find me Votes... " argument.

Hey smart guy, "Find me... blah blah.." most common sensical people would acknowledge is a "Figure of Speech". Doesn't necessarily or even probably mean "go fraudulently, manufacture the votes I need"....

It more likely means "Can we do a little Review of our work??"

"We have allegations of boxes and boxes of fraudulent votes, allegations of illegal voters, drop box issues, voting machine fraud.....

Can we check our work? and find out if this vote count is legitimate?.... because I smell a rat !!!.....

IF IF IF IF there is fraud..... go find it !!! "....

Not as bad as totally corruptly turning "Go Peacefully protest at capitol" into a rally call for violence.

But AGAIN democrats/left interpreting and conclusion jumping everything Trump does or say in a way that it suits their agenda and fuels their weaponization.

Julie reading your tweet about what lawyer Bratt did to trump lawyer Woodward.

Is there immediate recourse for this?

We need to take Bratt's legs out immediately. (Figure of speech whiny liberals)

Do you think legal officers on the right are in process of filing suit against Bratt ??
