There is no chance that Matthew Graves or any other US Attorney, would charge a protestor protesting Trump, the Dobbs decision, Israel, Trans rights for being in a restricted area, even if they indisputably knew it was restricted, unless the protestor committed another crime. In some cases, throwing Molotov cocktails at the WH would not result in charges.
Worth listening to what Bret Weinstein had to say about Biden’s “Red Wall” speech in Philadelphia in 2022 when he used the phrase “a clear and present danger” regarding MAGA republicans. Democrats are becoming ever more deranged but it’s not like they’re winning. Graves' position is based upon redefinition of the term "insurrection" under which it applies to people who seek redress of grievances though their right to seek redress of grievances is established in the U.S. Constitution.
Ms. Kelly, at some point in the future I think it would be a great service to us all if you would write a book about how our justice system should be changed. Lots of people have written books on that subject, but you are a person of integrity that we trust. The balance of power needs to shift back towards the citizen.

Muriel Bowser were contacted in written form at least once if not more times to offer the assistance of the National Guard for possible policing needs on Jan. 6, 2021. All that Pres. Trump and Kash Patel could do was to request if they needed that assistance (and pretty much set up the NG to be ready at a moments notice). It was up to Nasty Pelosi and the D.C. Mayor to accept or decline.
And what do you know?!? The Mayor of Washington D.C. Muriel Bowser sent a letter back DECLINING the National Guard assistance. And if there is a question on that, a copy of Ms. Bowser's declining letter is in Kash's book "Government Gangsters" on page 257..

In the recent J6 Timeline documentary ( https://open.ink/collections/j6 ) there is a scene showing a shadowy figure who early on swoops in and pulls down the temporary fabric fence with the posted "No Trespassing" signs. I think he was probably a Fed. It was a strange thing for anyone to do, and from the quick video scene he looked like a mature person. Does anyone know who he was, and if he's been charged?
January 6th was a riot of people who were not happy with the election. After all of the 2020 riots during the summer, where no one was held accountable, I'm sure no one who went to the Capitol expected that they would be treated differently.
