Trump needs to fire every federal prosecutor in the country on day one! He can't allow any of them to remain in their position. If it takes a long time to replace them so be it. Remember Clinton did it.

Some including Graves already resigned. I expect more tomorrow as well as a quick purge at DC US Attorney's office.

Expand full comment

I forgot Clinton did that. Yes, 100% must hit the bricks.

The purge has to be more thorough than that. Fire any federal employee involved in censorship "suggestions" to private companies, prosecuting J6ers under Sarbanes-Oxley Section 1512, obstructing justice in the Hunter Biden trial, lawfare against anti-abortion Catholics and parents against coed bathrooms or those who allowed illegal aliens into the US. If these folks are not removed from the federal government, they will sabotage Trump's agenda now, and become repeat offenders the next time Democrats take control. Make it famously expensive for underlings to break the law.

The karma train has arrived. Thank you Julie for validating my "conspiracy theories" 🇺🇲

I will certainly dance tomorrow right after he pardons several J6ers. He has their pardon ready and will set them free tomorrow, not sure how many but it will be a great day. I’m getting excited for them and most of all our country! Let’s all dance together Julie.

I can't get by the scheme cooked up by then-Rep. Schiff and Lt. Col. Vindman to set the stage for the first Trump impeachment with a fake "whistleblower" story about a phone call that Pres. Trump had with the Pres. of Ukraine. Vindman was on the call - likely improperly - and he and Schiff turned a "perfect' phone call into a story of improper behavior by the Executive. Schiff should be held accountable for the Russia collusion hoax and Vindman for his treasonous - or at the very least insubordinate - actions regarding that phone call. Their lies visited untold expense and hardship upon our Republic.

My guess, David, is we will see a lot more on that. Kash Patel and Devin Nunes, who is back in an intel capacity, will prioritize obtaining all the records on that hoax and making it public.

As always, another insightful article. You have helped so many of us not to give in to despair. I also love the title of this one: Resurrection. That was the name of the last Kinky Friedman album. The title track opens with my story. Tomorrow will be another resurrection: https://youtu.be/XUGdA_Stfno?si=qjDoB9jHaxfb3T_w

It's worse than you say. The 1st impeachment was part of the coverup of Biden family corruption. It was spun as outrageous that Trump was asking about nonexistent corruption. Why would there be an impeachment if the allegation was actually true? Nobody believed that Democrats were that corrupt. They are.

Expand full comment

It will be great but still we will get the daily stream of lies and hate from dems and the media. not to forget the dirty judges

Ah, but now those lies come from a place of fear, which is a beautiful thing. Enjoy your view from the bottom of the toilet, Dems and media. You've earned the position.

In my perfect world, the Trump Justice Department investigates and prosecutes every government official that can be proved to have political motivations behind their actions to damage Trump's presidency or campaign. The justification for this is to protect American democracy.

In a perfect world all the senior members of all the cabinet agencies and the 44 four star generals and admirals would tender their resignations and wait to see if they were accepted and or asked to remain. It is not just J6 and the DOJ, it is the black pajama wearing insurgents of a government gone very very bad that need a major fumigation. It appears to be coming. That said we know that we are prevailing. Michelle Obama that First female POTUS in waiting got steam rolled by a demented old curmudgeon and his wicked witch of the east wife. Now even Berry Obama is out of favor in his own made for prime time party, (not) while his wife stays away. Ole Barrack will now find a suitable seat inside the Capital Rotunda to watch the guy who is unwinding Berry’s political machine become the 47th POTUS, how ironic is that? Strains of there was a crooked man who walked a crooked mile come to mind in the case of all these crooks. One hopes that Donald J Trump is true to his word and opens the jail cells holding the J6 political prisoners. Then perhaps “Cry Havoc and let slip the dogs of war” metaphorically speaking. Warriors like Musk and the various cabinet nominees are owed the opportunity to get the USS CVN USA aircraft carrier turned in to the wind to launch aircraft. First we need to get the 20 degree list to port corrected but the flood pumps are turned on and we may have a a chance after all. My money is on the majority of the American people who up to now have been left behind. It’s their turn now.

We prosecuted WW2 with a total of 7 4* generals. THey all need to be shown the door or demoted.

As a Marine infantry officer in the late 70’s and early 80’s I served with real General Officers and very very few of the current 3 and 4 star flag officers are anything but political lap dogs for the MIC and congress. Most if not all need to go, Obama got rid of all the top guys and it needs to go the other way now. That said there are some very talented Colonel’s and Lt. Colonel’s out there and some no BS 1 and 2 stars, but broad and sweeping change has to come. The SecDef and at least the SecNav assuming both are confirmed ought to be able to put a good bit of the bad to right, but the rot is deep and needs to be extricated.

Mr Graves is the poster child for "do as I say, not as I do." As self-entitled poseurs I don't think they are capable of evaluating their own behavior to the same standards that they impose on others. The person I feel has escaped the spotlight as the architect of Lawfare, with the assistance of Andrew Weissmann, is Mary McCord. Also, Ms McCord's husband, Sheldon Snook, worked at the Supreme Court and coincidentally left right after the leak of the Alito's Roe v Wade decision. hmmmmmm

I would also be very interested to know what Obama acolyte and deputy attorney general Lisa Monaco has been doing the last four years, besides sending the FBI to Mar-a-Lago. How about we see all of Obama's communications since Trump announced his candidacy in 2015 when, according to a whistleblower, Obama sicced Comey on him?

I noticed she was the last person to hug Garland after his grotesque victory lap at Main Justice on Friday. I bet she's now furiously writing preemptive pardons for sall her buddies including Graves and Smith and get Biden, who doesn't know who he is any more, sign them at the last hour.

Graves performed his duties without a valid signed oath of office on file. He crossed out parts of the mandatory oath before signing it. That's a felony, also committed by several DC federal judges. Prosecute all of them.

We must be careful. Wounded animals can be very dangerous. I would put nothing past these arrogant, corrupt, authoritarian, globalist leftists. Think Covid, the border, human trafficking, fentanyl, Ukraine, Afghanistan withdrawal, attempted assassination, Iran nuclear deal, lifting Iran sanctions allowing funding for terrorisim, taking 10s of millions in bribes by politicians from our adversaries, trillions of unnecessary spending for wars, fake vaccines, DEI hires. (This is only a partial list I’m sure)

5 more pardons today but the DOJ crime family not included. Less than 24 hours to go and Capo di Capo Lisa Monaco is getting mighty nervous. Bratt and Graves will turn on her on a dime. We may finally get a chance to see how Lisa looks in orange.

I've been a librarian for 25+ years -- One of my mentors, a since retired director for my latest employer, was the walking embodiment of President Trump, at least personality wise. When I was first hired as a branch manager, I was getting pressure from the regional dean's office to expand library hours. When they didn't get what they wanted they went over everyone's head to the university president's office. I now remember, to this day, what my mentor's response was: "These people think they can undercut my authority?! They're about to learn something - I'm made of tougher stuff than they are!" That's why President Trump is special - He's made of Tougher Stuff!
