If McCarthy and the GOP were to withdraw funding for all the criminal abuses of the Illegitimate Regime, Jacko Smith would be out of gas.

Julie - can you report on what happens if (when) the judge agrees with Smith? Is this then appealable to the Circuit and then the Supremes? Or is it an issue that can only be used after a trial as part of a post-conviction appeal? Thank you!

Reviewing Judge Chutkan’s “in-appropriate remarks” about Mr. Trump multiple times in charging multiple defendants, it is apparent that she has not only shown partisanship, but actually judged him as guilty several times in her courtroom, mixing the President’s guilty verdict with the defendant’s, so it is not exactly clear who the guilty party is (leaving the door for appeal open for the sentenced defendant.) Yet Smith opines her remarks were below the bar for recusal! If pronouncing guilt on the wrong defendant is not enough, what is?

Chutkan needs to recuse herself, yet likely won’t. Is there a higher authority in the court to recuse her? Perhaps in the Appellate Court?

If I recall accurately, wasn't this esteemed attorney humiliated when two of his cases were overturned in a unanimous decision, when they were reviewed by the Supreme Court Justices? Just imagine how difficult that is considering the various political leanings of the individual Justices; it's probably difficult to get them to agree about which direction the sun appears each morning. Jack Smith is a thug. Merrick Garland should be impeached and removed. Christopher Wray should also be impeached and removed. The continued and continuing evidence of the existence of the two-tiered justice system in the USA simply boggles the mind. Then again, to refer to the great "MahaRushie," never be surprised by the low information voters who act like lambs being led to the slaughter, especially when they demonstrate their idiocy by believing when they are programmed by the once revered mainstream media not to believe the overwhelming proof that our system of justice is totally screwed-up. In an ideal world, Jack Smith would be disbarred instead of acting like Stalin's henchman, Beria. However, we certainly don't live in an ideal world and, therefore, are subject to being hunted by Stasi-style-Secret-Police in Moscow-on-the-Potomac. The point of intimidation is to remind any supporter of President Trump that, if they can do it to him, think what they would be able to do to you. Simply despicable behavior.

Yes Rev. One could argue that rather that his becoming a Hauge prosecutor reflecting career advancement it more accurately represented an exile that proved a better fit. Political witch hunts are considered as useful on the Continent, rather than a fundamental violation of our constitutional law as viewed here.

It is also important to note that Democrats have never cared nor even acknowledged let alone apologized for their mistreatment of the former Va. Gov (Bob McDonnell) that Smith wrongly accused and convicted, because they are scoundrels who only crave power. And who helped them take over the majorities they still hold in the Virginia legislature to this day?

Clinton Hack Terry McAuliffe. And only McAuliffe's own disrespect towards parents who demanded a say over their kid's curriculum opened the door for Youngkin's election.

Thanks again Julie Kelly for elucidating such important information regarding the Wacko Jacko soap opera.

Hopefully we are at the end of the Special Prosecutor era, since the intent from Watergate on has evolved into pure political theater rather than the actual intent of the statute. I was baffled once why Barrack Obama neglected his duty as President to appoint in the Federal Judiciary - an unforced error that McConnell and Republicans took advantage of once Trump got into office. But now, post J6, his reason has revealed a certain method regardless of it being entirely deliberate.

For generations Democrats have relied on the 2nd circuit for administrative rulings on appeal. What Obama did - as his pursuing a shadow government to attack a duly elected president not to his liking rather than respecting the tradition of retiring to other pursuits other than more politics, politics PARTICULARLY OUT OF WASHINGTON - created the cancerous atmosphere for unprecedented lawfare through appointments in the DC Circuit Court like Chutkan.

Hopefully someday he will answer in court for his post-presidential meddling and, I believe, criminal conduct.

Brilliant! Thinking about this all weekend when I read about the "narrow" gag. Does anyone remember William Kunstler and The Chicago 7 gang. Their antics and constant insults to Judge Julius Hoffman were a disgrace. Kunstler was the liberals' darling lawyer. Cheered! Defending them for inciting a riot, which they did!. My father was one of the writers of The Walker Report, documenting the Chicago riots during the Chicago Democratic Convention in 1968. The communists liberals behavior was atrocious and outrageous, and was met with all the ire of Mayor Richard Daley.

Point being again, the former president has the right to free speech, even if you criticize the Judge, and has a right to defend himself!

Hey DOJ how's the BRADY evidence coming along!

I had visions of a blanket HABEAS CORPUS for all the J6 prisoners held pre-trial in violation of the Bill of Rights. Never heard it proposed.

"So your brother's bound and gagged and they've chained him to a chair

Won't you please come to Chicago just to sing

In a land that's known as freedom how can such a thing be fair

Won't you please come to Chicago for the help that we can bring

We can change the world

Rearrange the world

It's dying

To get better

Politicians sit yourselves down there's nothing for you here

Won't you please come to Chicago for a ride

Don't ask Jack to help you 'cause he'll turn the other ear

Won't you please come to Chicago or else join the other side"

Graham Nash

Oh Yeah, recall. it was a given Julius Hoffman was a Nazi, even thought he was Jewish. Even back then anyone who was not on The Left was a Nazi or Sympathy to the Nazis.

Ya know in this ever changing world its nice to see some things don't change.

I was in Korea in 68 We didn't really know much about this. By the time Ii got back The Narrative was set in Stone Police Riot against Peaceful protesters.

The way Donald Trump has been treated reminds me of the way Richard Nixon was. Nixon v Kennedy was the 1st campaign I remember ( I'm not saying The Nuns preached supporting Nixon was a Mortal Sin....BUT :-)) Nixon was hated loathed despised every bi as much as Donald Trump.
