He should be called by a congressional committee to answer questions about his acts. If he won't testify voluntarily, he should be subpoenaed.
No doubt the Democrats and Ministry of Truth-controlled media would say he's beyond their reach. Let it be litigated- in federal court, and in the court of public opinion.
Republicans should at least make a stink about it, rather than tuck their tails between their legs and slink away.
