During a hearing in D.C. federal court on Monday, Judge Tanya Chutkan added to her long record of making inflammatory, political statements related to Donald Trump.
The Democratic Party has become a criminally insane, open borders, globalist, anti-white, hate group. They are evil. Hard to imagine how we can survive the damage they’ve done and are quite determined to continue doing. Easy to imagine them becoming far more deranged. Impossible to imagine them becoming less so. This is just not working at all.

I don’t think so. It seemed like sound reasoning from an experienced criminal lawyer. First, He has to review 20 million pages of discovery. Chutkan tried to convince him that he had already seen many of them, but he rebutted that claim, advising that his team was hired 5 weeks ago, to which she responded that his prior attorney reviewed them. He had to argue that that attorney will not be defending Trump’s innocence. She was trying to convince him that it’s not necessary to read all the discovery, at which point the attorney had to make clear the basis of his professional obligation to his client. Finally, he argued that there were motions that would be made that have never been decided before, not in any court. Witness statements had to be compared to other witness statements. Chukan tried to move back the date to the Grand Jury trial. The defense had to educate her in her own courtroom. This is the kind of attorney most people would want. He knew he would need 2 years to ably defend his client, his profession.
I read the hearing transcript after posting my snarky comment. This judge is truly unbelievable. But... I have not changed my opinion that asking for a 2026 trial will just make the judge more angry (and she appears angry in the transcript).
I’ve read that Sleepy Joe has been appointing as many Woke “social justice” judges as he can. Say goodbye to the rule of law in America. Does America even still exist as a country?

It appears that Judge Chutkan has no problem stating the reasons that rioters arrived in DC, painting them as ignoramuses, and none of depictions reference their rights to assembly, nor to petition their government for redress of grievances. After reading the filing recently of Judge Chutkan’s hearing of the motion from President Trump’s legal team, understanding her judicial temperament and disrespectful language in addressing J6rs, defense attorneys, and the former President, I determine that she is unsuitable for the task of hearing and ruling this case without personal prejudice interfering. The instant case proves further that she lacks the temperament for the case she is adjudicating. I hope she continues to be advised to recuse herself.
Chutkan, mongrel rude cow that she is, will probably do what she did years ago with another trial. She had been associated with Hunter Biden's "law firm" and it took the bench head a month before she recused herself.
She knows damn well that she needs to recuse her sorry butt from anything to do with Donald Trump.
