Judge Hogan and Mary McCord provide an iconic example of the intellectual, moral, spiritual, and human degradation plaguing our government and especially our Judiciary. They spout lies and propaganda in a protected setting with no other voices to challenge them. They would never submit themselves to an open discussion with a mediator like myself who is trained to uncover the truth and bring folks like this to a moment of reckoning. Nope, they will run from any real conversation.

They are truly sociopaths that can lie without changing facial expression. I sometimes wonder if they can discern truth from falsehood.

Do we know what the crime is? Is it federal, or state? Is it statutory? What is its citation. A Non Disclosure Agreement is a legal document to protect a person for many reasons, including family, young child, business, social status, etc. The State has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the mens rea (criminal intent) existed to have the NDA created for one reason- to be elected. Adultery is not illegal, and likewise could not be proven. The woman in this case has stated it was consensual. President Trump denies it..no proof. Lastly, the point of an NDA is to hide something from someone (by stopping extortion). So of course the business records are hidden or their bookkeeping changed. That’s the point.

Yes indeed. A one sided debate by people whose only knowledge is from the nattering nabobs inside the beltway. They have no clue of what goes on outside the beltway. Oh the horror of American citizens being able to communicate and exchange ideas on the internet. Such a threat to them.

Julie all I can say after listening to these people is HOW DO YOU DO IT! I just can’t listen to their lies and disinformation for any length of time. Thank you for doing this for us. Much respect!

How did all of these judges ever get on the bench? Was the constitution just suggested reading?

They didn't get past the sentence....the law is anything you want it to be.

Julie - I was so longing for the whole video after your clips on Twitter. Can't wait to listen to the whole hour of horrors! One of your tweet's references to Judge Hogan's acknowledgement of concerns with the attitudes of jury pool was not in the snippet you attached. His statements about 5 capitol police officers dying and that Brian Sicknick's death was caused by his suffereing the mace/bear spray attacks was astounding. The hoaxes that we have endured at the hands of the regime are incredible. And this guy so poorly informed sits in judgment of Jan 6 defendants and imposes sentences is sickening.

His introduction by the Georgetown Law person (prof? dean? whatever) was over the top in its bias against the truth of that day. Sitting there with Mary McCord, the number one hoax architect in the country and the single most ardent practitioner against the peaceful transfer of power in 2016 - quite a trio indeed! How low G-town law has sunk. Like NPR, do you think there is a single registered Republican on the faculty that could survive in that town?

That intro was all I could endure for now. Will need a drink in my hand for Hogan himself (and McCord) - or several. Steve

Tom Hogan is an old friend, Georgetown law school classmate and advisor to John W Dean of Watergate infamy. Dean consulted with Hogan in March-April 1973 as his central role in Watergate was coming to light. Hogan was vetted and recommended for a DC judgeship in early 1982 by John Dean’s friend, neighbor and assistant White House counsel Fred Fielding. How Fielding navigated surviving Dean’s machinations to go on and serve as WH counsel under Reagan, 911 Commission, and WH counsel to GW Bush is incredible.

Did not know that, though I watched John Dean sweat it on TV.

Loved (just kidding) the jury questionnaire and the judge's "unbiased" description of the case. Seriously, thanks for sharing this. Can't wait for the verdict, and the nabobs explaining why John Edwards was acquitted while Trump convicted.

This reminds me somewhat of Molly Ball's infamous Time Magazine piece about the shadow campaign that "saved" the 2020 election. Just like the democrats who spoke to Ball about their unethical efforts (aka heroic) to save our republic, this judge just can't keep his important bias to himself -- judicial restraint be damned!

The Dems and anti Trump Republicans are now holding table top exercises again to interfere with the last few weeks of the 2024 by running DeepFake AI audio and video to confuse people with seeing their candidate seem untrustworthy and unelectable. Many will be fooled.

Enjoy The Masters, Julie.

I was privileged to attend Friday and Saturday Masters once. The year Greg Norman blew a 6-shot lead and lost to Nick Faldo. Given a chance to attend ANY sporting event, I'd choose The Masters.
