Did a sentencing memo ever come out on Ryan Samsel? I figure if he was a Marine that would factor in to the judges decision on the sentence. I’ve never seen it reported that he was a Marine.

My main criticism of Jan. 6 at this point centers around the USCP IICD jan 3 2021 special assessment lack of insight imo in the new bullet point on the BLUF (bottom line up front) on why there was limited info on counterprotest activity.
(Also due to lack of special reassessments on Jan 4, 5, 6)
On the Jan. 3 assessment done, My question is could Antifa have been removed from the standard statement in the Expected Protest Overview section that the Chief seemed to rely on. The clothing color change was added from last report 🤷♀️👇
It is also expected that members of the Proud Boys (who intend to wear plainclothes and not their traditional yellow and black clothing)”, white supremacist groups, Antifa, and other extremist groups wil rally on January 6, 2021.

Prosecutors tried to paint Epps as “eager to take advantage of others” and argued that by joining the riot, Epps “did the exact same thing he was accusing Antifa of being responsible for.”
In the evening on January 5, 2021, Epps stood amidst a crowd in Black Lives Matter Plaza. In response to people around him proclaiming their anger at, and desire to fight, Antifa and Black Lives Matter-affiliated groups and/or persons, Epps interjected. He said, “Tonight, you can bring shame on us. That’s not what it’s about.”
I’m most concerned about government entities analysis, communication & reassessment, responsive planning cycle for the event as it evolved in the final days leading up to the Certification.
Yes this Georgia fiasco is" The Real Housewives Of Fulton County" And as far as D.C. Right again Julie This is turning into a reboot of the Soap " CAPITAL" ran from 1982-87
