This is what open-borders negligence looks like after impact. A family loses a trooper. A college athlete dies. A young man changing a tire is allegedly dragged under a semi. Then the same people who created the chaos retreat into process words: parole, non-domiciled CDL, work authorization, equity, labor shortage, litigation, appellate stay. Spare us. If a driver cannot lawfully remain here, cannot meet safety standards, cannot communicate in English, or obtained a license through a broken state system, he should not be hauling freight across American highways. Period. Sean Duffy is right to rip up the racket. Blue states turned CDLs into another sanctuary benefit and called it compassion. But compassion without competence becomes a body count. The road belongs to citizens, families, troopers, and lawful drivers — not immigration experiments strapped to diesel engines.
This should never happen, obtaining a CDL and not able to talk and read English. To pass a CDL requires a walk around inspection naming all the different parts of the truck and trailer. If they fail to speak English they FAIL. Also the trooper giving the test should check their background to see if they are a legal citizen. I think it would be a great idea to have a trooper and a ICE Agent at every truck stop in America , this would serve two purposes, catching illegals and making our roads safer!!
You know that it would take more than 1 trooper and 1 (N)ICE agent on hand at the truck stops, right? And then, how much room would there be at any given truck stop left, that would now be inundated with multiple big rigs clogging up the area BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY ILLEGAL CDL operators!

As we all are keenly aware, any fatalities resulting from these illegal aliens are nothing more than collateral damage according to the Marxist-Activist-Journalists-Propagandists. But, of course, we know that these execrable creatures are nothing more than the PR Department for the Marxist-Demo-Party. And, God knows, they will never truly investigate these incidents because that would destroy the Marxist-Demo-Party's voter registration drive. As I have gotten older, I became more and more convinced that the best and perhaps only way to combat this carnage is to bring back public executions, regardless of the method used. It probably wouldn't take much time at all before these executions get the attention of the offenders. Let it be so.

I think the licensure of illegals is the single most deadly aspect of the US trucking industry maybe ever. Judges who interfere with Sec. Duffy’s work need to realize they are literally killing people!
Well beyond a decade ago, in Orange County, CA, I was driving and decelerating to change from the fast lane (#1 lane) to the next one to the right. My car started shimmying and I had a right rear blow out. I was lucky, because I didn't get hit by any other cars as I fishtailed (I think) across 4 lanes to the slow lane. What literally saved my life, because I would have hit a 14 foot high wall, at likely 60 miles per hour, was a big rig that I hit as he was traveling the slow lane. That collision slowed me down enough that I could safely come to a stop next to the wall.
The guy didn't stop. The Cal. Highway Patrol (CHP) was there in minutes. I wasn't hurt but my car was totaled. When the CHP asked where the rig was, that I hit, I eventually looked down the freeway and he was like a mile away. I said, "I think that's him!" as I pointed further down on the freeway.
So the CHP guy radioed to see if a colleague could catch up to that trucker. They did and he was traveling on a major boulevard, then, off the freeway! I never had any contact from that trucker or his company. I figured he must have been ILLEGAL!
I'm betting that that Big Rig Operator was probably both illegal and may also have been illegally operating that rig! Did I collide with one of these CDL semi-truck drivers that Julie wrote about here? I'm thinking, probably yes.
The incident in PA interestingly happened on July 1, 2026. If I read the expiration date on the photo correctly, that was also July 1, 2026. Heart breaking all of them! None of them should have never been given a CDL!
The left must not regain power! Activist Judges need to be disbarred and not allowed to seek office or be appointed to the bench in the United States. Governors who allow CDL licensing in their states must be held accountable. They are complicit in the death of innocent people by motorized vehicle .

Do you know the hell I had to go through-just to get a real ID? I've had a driver's license since 1976. So how are illegals getting driver's licenses? Why? I would never get behind the wheel of a car or truck in another country if I couldn't read the road signs. When I took my driver's test in 1976 I had to know what the stop sign meant, the various red, amber and green lights, yield signs, railroad signs and so on. Where are the women on the view condemning these illegals driving big rigs into innocent people? Those on the left need to speak up! Until they do, I hate to say this-but it's the sad-honest-truth, until a politician's family is killed by an illegal in a vehicle incident, rape/murder, shooting, or any other thing that politicians and their families are protected from-NOTHING . . . will ever change. The politicians that are continuing to allow illegals to have driver's licenses, have plenty, they've moved up to the east side, they've gotten their deluxe apartment in the sky, they want for nothing, and as a result they're simply not affected by the deaths of other who don't have e deluxe apartment in the sky. Trucking companies and those issuing the driver's licenses need to be prosecuted. Thos in blue states making it all legal need to be prosecuted. Maybe an executive order from President Trump to stop illegals from having driver's licenses will suffice-until congress gets off of their asses and acts. What the hell are we paying them $174,000 a year for?

My brother-in-law works for a state department of transportation. He shared with me that this problem has been surging for the past 10 years, reaching a pinnacle after Biden was elected. The invasion caused by Biden and his awful team of liars, has caused death, destruction and suffering that will continue for many years. All of them (including blue state governors) should be punished for treason!
