I loved seeing this @RCP this morning. Real Clear Politics is a great aggregate news site that fairly represents a diversity of views. MAGA already knows what happened on J6. Getting the facts out beyond the right-wing blogosphere is essential.

Julie Kelly's avatar

Yes, I am honored to be part of such an outstanding organization!

Brian Ahier's avatar

What a waste of time and money! They are all going to be pardoned, and it is these "investigators" and prosecutors who will be punished.

Julie Kelly's avatar

We still need accountability for these judges, Brian. DOJ gets away with nothing but for the imprimatur of the DC court.

Don Pauley's avatar

Dismantling is the only solution. The bureaucracy cannot have its own twisted, unaccountable enforcement system. DC is like a super funded college campus, highest per capita GDP in the world and drunk with power. Whomever granted DC this court system is the true founder of the deep state.

Don Pauley's avatar

Total corruption. Dismantling DC as its own court system is the only solution, else everyone doing anything to upset DC will be indicted and incarcerated/destroyed as soon as the Dems are at the top of the show (like inevitable).

Raenalle's avatar

I knew D.C. was largely Democrat, but I was aghast to find it voted nearly 97% Democrat in the election. D.C. is clearly an incestous cult of pathological group think. The compulsion to continue to punish J6 attendees at this point is the case in point. Pardoning is only the beginning. They need vindication. Depending on how much evidence they’ve destroyed, hopefully our new AG will get full disclosure on J6, which in reality was the successful completion of a coup against Donald Trump, and one of the worst crimes ever committed by our government against the American people.

Julie Kelly's avatar

We cannot let the abuses to go unpunished. I hope Pam Bondi and her top staff will conduct necessary investigations and bring charges where appropriate

Don Pauley's avatar

DC courts have to be dismantled else future indictments and incarceration await Bondi and anyone who dares to bump the DC complex.

JC's avatar

It would be interesting to know how many of the local population has sat on J6 jury trials. I bet there are many people that have sat on multiple cases. DC isn't that big, especially considering there have been more than 1,000 trials to date.

Julie Kelly's avatar

I have heard numerous complaints about jury recycling. At least 150 trials so far in a small city compared to other US Attorney districts. Shame again on these judges for refusing to move trials out of DC now three years after the 1st trials began

Don Pauley's avatar

It does not matter, it is a hive. If it turned over every day, just another overly compensated rich elitist lib from the hive would complete the jury. Might as well just be a rubber stamp. The BORG was far more fair minded.

Don Pauley's avatar

Yeah, it is not democratic. It is the most perverse one sided college campus on steroids in the universe, a hive of groupthink, funded to the tune of a $250,000+ per capita GDP, highest in history and going up all the time. It goes up with each war, funny coincidence. This is why "Dems" are so ok with war right now, it pays so well.

Frank Lee's avatar

Not until prosecutors of J-6 protestors are on trial for breaking the law of the land protecting free speech rights, and rights of all citizens to protest against government, will I be satisfied.

Orenv's avatar

Impeached and or disbarred for violating the rights of the accused.

Carolyn's avatar

These people need to replace ALL the J6ers in the gulag. Same treatment.

Rhoda Forbes-Kirk's avatar

Somehow, someway, these prosecutors and judges, jailers who have mistreated those imprisoned MUST be dealt with with real consequences so this dies not happen again. That must look like this: bold, brutal and no mercy as they have shown no mercy.

Julie Kelly's avatar

Absolutely, Rhonda.

Orenv's avatar

Those who have gone out of their way to inhibit justice need to be held to account including impeachment and disbarment.

Don Pauley's avatar

Have to dismantle the DC federal court system. The bureaucracy cannot have its own unchecked, perverse law enforcement arm to lash out at the people. Dismantle or the indictments and incarcerations will flow in 2 to 4 years, once dems are at the head.

Taming the Wolf Institute's avatar

The corruption of the D.C. Judges will not end until Congress impeaches them and holds hearings that shine a light on their criminal behavior. Who in the House is going to champion the impeachments? We need a leader.

Julie Kelly's avatar

I begged for impeachment proceedings over the past few years. But GOP just doesn't have the stomach for it. I doubt that changes now but Pres. Trump should name names as far as the judges are concerned.

Don Pauley's avatar

Never going to happen through congress. Is going to take the president and AG leading the charge and boldly acting to actively dismantle the DC court system. Is the only remote hope.

Don Pauley's avatar

Will not end until the DC court system is abolished. The Bureaucracy does not need and cannot have its own unchecked law enforcement division. They are too perverse and self interested to protect their $250,000+ per capita GDP.

Pete Healey's avatar

Excellent work as always! Julie is doing some very good work, which will help @kashpatel begin an investigation into civil rights violations that @pambondi can swiftly prosecute.

Julien's avatar

Graves should be fired and prosecuted himself. Thug!

Julie Kelly's avatar

And disbarred and shamed out of any law firm hiring him.

Don Pauley's avatar

Or sent to CNN or receive a huge book deal, the lib way to reward overt corruption.

A Stranger in a Strange Land's avatar

Woke Judges rubber stamping these trials are a danger to the rule of law. Hopefully they will be outed and made to resign in shame. Judges mostly appointed through DEI and Affirmative Action. Grifters all in on destroying others they think they hate. All in the plain sight of a lap dog elite press.

Julie Kelly's avatar

Many have been there way too long. No oversight or accountability. That has to change--maybe a 10 year max for federal judges. This isn't working.

Kevin Beck's avatar

These "judges" are putting their own definitions to words that already have legally established meanings, which shows that they lack the ability to examine events and facts without prejudice.

Julie Kelly's avatar

I rarely read a judicial screed about J6 that does not contain numerous falsehoods. Just like Judge Lamberth claiming 5 police officers died as a result of Jan 6. That has never been proven in court, it is simply propaganda. One thing for the media or a line prosecutor to lie--quite another when a federal judge sworn to protect the rights of a defendant does it.

Walt Nelson's avatar

be better if they spent time convicting nancy p for not autorizing national gaurd

Walt Nelson's avatar

pathetic miss use of vengeful charges and taxpayers money

Orenv's avatar

Any obvious vindictiveness should be grounds for impeachment. There is going to be shock and awe after Jan 20. This needs to be part of it.

Fiore L Cianflone's avatar

These bastards will get away with it.

Julie Kelly's avatar

In the end, that's probably true for the judges. But believe me--they are not used to being called out and shamed like this. We will continue to keep up the public pressure.

Rhoda Forbes-Kirk's avatar

I have seen shock and awe up close. It can be very effective. It does take some guts to employ it.

Orenv's avatar

I think Trump is well aware. It would be surprising if he doesn't do something very dramatic. If Biden does blanket pardons, Trump should immediately do a whole bunch of his own covering decades and the rest of his term. It would be hilarious.

Wayne Pearson's avatar

These judges don't care about the law when 'they're the law', like Fauci was 'the science'. As long as they're still in power they can literally do whatever the hell they want. Who is going to stop them before Jan 20th???

And if they all know they'll be getting broad range pardons they won't stop right up to January 20th at 11:59:59.

Hard to believe we're the home of the brave and the land of the FREE.

Well done once again, Julie! Your apt description of the corruption which is rampant inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac perpetrated by these Marxists-wearing-black-robes, regardless which President nominated them to be confirmed for a lift-time appointment to the Federal bench, is jay dropping in the complicity to create the first ever American Gulag (to borrow a phrase from A. Solzhenitsyn). The fact that these Marxists-wearing-black-robes are untouchable is galling, although I understand completely the concept of Separation of Powers. Just think, if only one could be caught with its hand in the cookie jar, so to speak, and was impeached by the Senate, perhaps their behavior might be modified...don't you think? Their myopia regarding the Marxist tendencies of the DC voters is stunning but, then again, they live there, and they certainly want to continue to receive the "golden" invitations to the glorious cocktail parties. Apparently, the only way that process will continue is if they agree with that execrable L. Cheney.

Julie Kelly's avatar

I think all this lawfare also is backfiring on the judiciary. These judges think they are impervious to public scrutiny and they are wrong. Today was a good day as Daniel Penny was acquitted but unfortunately the judge and DA's office did everything possible to ensure a guilty verdict. But we have a very long way to go.

Rhoda Forbes-Kirk's avatar

As to golden invitations to glorious parties- have read so often how much this plays in to attitudes and behaviors. A great reason to decentralize DC and break up the DC scene.
