The abuse of 1512(c)(2) is part of the overall abuse of the criminal justice system by the DOJ. The DOJ is not prosecuting “crimes,” it is prosecuting political differences. No prosecutor from Merrick Garland to Jack Smith and the DC AUSAs who participate in prosecuting Americans to silence them from asking questions about the 2020 election or to prevent them from taking steps to prevent a repeat of 2020 should permitted anywhere near a US Court House. That Federal Judges have allowed these prosecutors to grossly violate the rights of law-abiding citizens is sickening. They are even bigger villains than the prosecutors. The Supreme Court needs to act decisively.

Great piece. I read it on RCP and sent the link to friends I thought would be interested, with the comment that it’s kinda freaky that only one journalist in America is covering this. 😳

Very good, Julie. And here’s another Real Clear Investigations article from a few years ago about a “novel” way to teach history: Teach white children to be ashamed of themselves for being white, pretend it’s teaching black history and then scream that conservatives are trying to ban the teaching of black history when we object.

This Real Clear Investigations article below from 2020 is about the “1619 Project” and what the author Nikole Hannah-Jones told the editors of the Chicago Tribune about its purpose which is, she said, to instill guilt in white liberals so they will support reparations for blacks. White liberals are not being targeted though. White children in our public schools are. And our Woke white leftist ruling class loves this and is totally supportive of it. She was even given a Pulitzer Prize for this poison in 2020. This is not “black history” though. This is anti-white hate mongering pretending to be history. This is evil and this is what the democrats have become. And these are the same people who are working to put Trump in prison.

“If you read the whole project, I don’t think you can come away from it without understanding the project is an argument for reparations,” she told the Chicago Tribune in October.

“I'm not writing to convert Trump supporters. I write to try to get liberal white people to do what they say they believe in,” she said. “I'm making a moral argument. My method is guilt.”

Will the Supreme Court take this Derek Chauvin new evidence case? Fat chance. They know the mob would just take to the streets burning and looting which the democrats would dismiss as mostly peaceful protests. The whole Floyd saga was a hate campaign against “Whiteness!” orchestrated by the democrats and their media for the sake of political gain to “fundamentally transform” America into something grotesquely insane and totally unworkable. Woke race ideology is a recipe for tribal race war, not a new way to govern a nation yet many do embrace it and fight for it. This is just not working at all.

The J6 patriot-victims deserve justice and restoration. Due process is in tatters. Pre-trial punishment and cruel and unusual punishment (years of pre-trial solitary confinement and denial of basic hygiene). Every reasonable citizen holds the whole circle-jerk of DoInjustice, the FBI, corrupt political judges, and a cowardly UniParty legislature in CONTEMPT. Utter contempt.

America is disintegrating and our entire world is rapidly unraveling. Here’s a fascinating article about violence against women in China which is one of the many ways their social fabric is being shredded. I’m retired but used to work with a couple of Indian Muslims from Gujarat in Chicago. Once I read an article about how Muslim men beat their wives. A couple of days later at work one of these Indian Muslims with a long black beard came walking past my work center. I knew him well enough to tease him so I called him over, told him about the article I read and asked him if he beats his wife. I was just teasing and was sure he’d deny that Muslim men are so brutal. Instead though, he cheerfully admitted that he beats his wife all the time. He said if he says something to her and she ignores him he gives her a slap in the face. I told him he could be arrested for that. He said she wouldn’t dare call the police on him. He had 4 kids too who presumably grew up seeing their mother being beat up by their father. How awful.

I once asked the other Indian Muslim if they were related since they were from the same place and seemed to know each other well. He said only by marriage since the other one was married to his sister. I’ve often wondered how he would have reacted if he knew that his brother-in-law was using his sister as a punching bag but then I also wonder if she never told him because she knew he wouldn’t do anything about it. She was basically property to do with as her husband pleased. I worked for many years with mostly immigrants from all over the world and the way he so casually and even cheerfully talked about beating his wife was a good example of the great culture shock that I felt from a few of them.

“But it was domestic abuse that provided the trigger, the decisive factor.”

“This problem is ubiquitous in modern China. According to the CCP’s own statistics (usually manipulated to downplay the extent of problems), some 35.7 percent of Chinese women endure violence at the hands of their partners. “

How sexist violence killed the Chinese Dream.
