A review of the top ten cases cited on Schiltz's naughty list does not demonstrate a single instance of ICE violating--intentionally or otherwise--court orders in Minnesota.
This reminds me of the time I examined the first ten of the 2000 lies Trump supposedly told during his first administration. Some were statements of opinion, some were actually true statements, and one I could not determine whether it was true or false. That was enough for me. It was a worthless, lying list.
You'd think the first ten would be unassailable, discouraging further reading. Maybe those ten were the best in show and all the rest of the 1,000 were complete BS.
The solution to this judicial rot is contained within the news today that Trump is cutting all federal funding to Harvard and suing for $1 billion in damages. The administration has at least 60 institutions of higher learning in their crosshairs.
Clearly these left activist federal judges are the product of feminized commie indoctrination during their campus experience. We cannot do anything about them except expect the higher court to keep overturning their activism masquerading as justice. But we can work toward future generations being purged of the feminized commie mind virus.
Well, as I have previously stated this is just one more example of activist judges who were appointed by democrat presidents to rule according to political ideology rather than the constitution. If republicans lose control after midterms it will get much worse. Expect President Trump to be impeached and all his judicial nominees fail.
Democrats, when they control the agenda, waste all their time attacking Trump, et al. Makes it harder to find time to vote noxious legislation.
In a related observation, every Dem primary candidate all the way down to dogcatcher puts "fight Trump" in their campaign statements and copy at least five times in thirty seconds. Playing on the profound ignorance of their voters I expect them to continue to place "fight Trump" front and center after he is out of office.
We retired in MN after living in: Philadelphia (Minneapolis of the East), Saskatchewan, Alberta and ND. We thought our moves were over; but, something tells me we'll be going to TN—and not because of weather.
This example is what worries me about the current political condition of the US. I write this as a Canadian because when the US sneezes, Canada comes down with COVID. Hard-left Democrats and their Deep State ideological allies have deeply penetrated not just the bureaucracy but the judiciary as well. I actually wonder if the US is approaching a situation comparable to the 1850's. If the Confederacy had prevailed in the Civil War the result would hardly have been worse than if the organized Left prevails in the current crisis. It is vital that Republicans control at least one of the houses of Congress after November. That is an absolute minimum. From there, to make any serious headway against the rot in the American system, JD Vance or Marco Rubio must win in 2028 and serve two terms.

I lost count of how many Supreme Court rulings Biden (or his handlers) ignored. That doesn't count lower court rulings. The Biden administration was intentionally lawless. Nothing should hinder their destruction of our country.

What we're seeing isn't incompetence or laziness on the part of journalists or the judiciary. It is a deliberate and premeditated attempt to destroy and drive from office a legally elected president in the name of saving "our democracy". We're in a slow motion civil war that will get worst before it gets better.

I am not a lawyer, but got a PACER account years ago to read up on J6'er court proceedings (that almost no journos attended) to get the truth about what was happening, read the exaggeratedly described charges, the irrelevant social media and private emails they got warrants to obtain in order to slime these people with the jury - that should have been inadmissale, and the outrageous sentencing memos from the DOJ prosecutors. The few bucks I spent were well worth it.
You can blame the US senate for judges like schiltz. They have to do better! Any judge with obvious ideology whether it is to the left or right based on their writings, speeches, decisions MUST be rejected. Why isn’t that a rule for the senate judiciary committee??Like everything else that congress does to increase the misery index to the US population, you can add their inept vetting of judicial appointees.
