I’m continually shocked at how evil and self serving people in power positions can be! I’ve been so naive and trusting but sadly, I’ve awoken and now I’m nervous about trusting anyone. To blatantly lie and try to ruin the lives of good people deserves the ultimate punishment available. Trump partisans clearly care deeply about it, and I certainly want an example made of Brennan, Comey, Clapper, Sith et al for the deterrence effect, but not for vengeance..I also think Hillary and her staff should have been prosecuted for their crimes during the 2016 election cycle, but I understand the decision to forgo such action because it undoubtedly further divided a already polarized country unfortunately it appears that extreme TDS was inevitable despite his attempts to unify rather than divide.
I know that this comment might get a lot of pushback, but if Trump and his supporters including myself could set an example by being bigger than his enemies rather than stooping to their level, it would be noted and I believe rewarded by the majority of voters who “don’t have a dog in this hunt” and view as the usual DC infighting and clash of egos which distracts from what matters in their lives.
Trump is often his own worst enemy , and this his focus on this is a distraction from much more important items.
Finally, the perfect example of such a misguided focus is his continual denigration and criticism of Fed Chair Powell ( who I have criticized many times when I felt it was deserved) . It is both unsettling to the markets and counterproductive and may well delay the seating of Kevin Warsh as the next chair. Warsh is a terrific candidate , so Trump should be doing everything possible to speed along the Senate approval, rather egging on Pirro to harass him. Trump’s ham handed attempts to lower interest rates by interfering with the independence of the Fed have probably kept rates higher than they would otherwise be and cause dollar holders outside the US to be concerned about the dollar and diversify their holdings into other assets including gold and bitcoin.

It was always frustrating to me, that our conservative presidents were always so agreeable and polite, without standing up for our side. I think the idea was that we were to be the respectful ones. I admire that thought, but just as going after Iran was so necessary to cut out the cancer, so was standing up to the liberals who were so talented at conniving.
Trump has always been like a bull in a china shop and I believe that was needed. I can’t think of another person that could do what he does. The media has always been so hateful to him since he became a politician. (Funny how everyone loved him when he just had a TV show) he’s been surrounded with deceit and plotting against him from the very beginning of his first term.
