A hearing today before the full D.C. appellate court once again deals with Judge Jeb Boasberg’s unhinged pursuit of criminal contempt charges against the Trump administration.

Ignoring Boasberg's orders protects our Republic by reaffirming the separation of powers. Boasberg can huff and puff but if his orders are simply ignored, he really has no recourse. Meanwhile his authority is undermined by his own actions.

Time to fully investigate this activist judge, he is on an ego trip, subpoena all his correspondence, emails, phone records, text messages, campaign contributions his entire background. Subpoena him before the Senate and make him tell the truth, if he lies indict him and remove him from the bench.

Criminal contempt carries consequences far beyond a bruised judicial ego, and the procedures must be exacting. The administration’s challenge to his investigative role deserves a serious answer from the full court. Judicial independence demands restraint as well as resolve. If Boasberg has exceeded his authority, the appellate court should stop him decisively. A robe gives its wearer power, which is precisely why boundaries matter.
What value to our society in any form is the unhinged protection of heinous criminals, especially those that are illegal aliens such as Tren de Aragua? “Ideology makes one incompetent”.
