We are now 25% of the way into the 21st century, but most sane people will agree that Trump Derangement Syndrome will be the most talked about malady for the entire century. But the most sad part about this, is that we have witnessed firsthand, there is no cure.
Every dollar any govt agency spends comes from us, the people of the United States. There are no unicorns or magic fairies dropping money into Powell’s pockets.
If alive today, many Democrats would support and celebrate Al Capone as long as he demonstrated his dislike of Trump in material ways.
Catching up on the history of Freud and his nephew Edward Bernays, the father of Madison Avenue psychological and emotional manipulation through media to "buy this". What I see clearly is a part of the population that is most vulnerable to succumbing to this manipulation, people already psychologically and/or emotionally unwell, being manipulated by political forces that have adopted the same methods in the media, but have it amplified by the algorithms that run social media.
The image is social media shock wires connected to the brains of the people, where some of the people are absolutely made crazy by it. They are people that are already on the spectrum of crazy and maybe previously they had just enough control to not show their crazy, but the media shock puts them over the edge, and they go off their meds.
The programming is to hate Trump for everything he says and does. And to hate all his supporters. And to back their hate, they are programmed to fear and oppose things that are not really threats and to support and demand things are actually quite bad for them.
So, there is really no reason to have any rational arguments with these people. They are full nutjobs, like the patients in the asylum, we can only lock them away and force them to get treatment.
The Fed is an anachronism by perceived function, and a clearing house of the big banks wants and needs by (often lack of) performance. Corrupt as hell, and that's the real problem. It serves not We The People in any way.
