When Trump, Trump officials or Trump supporters are in the dock, the rights of the accused to a fair trial, which is impossible in DC, do not matter. The only things that matter is getting the case to the jury, so that they can convict, which, given the opportunity, they will reliably do. The facts and law be damned.

“Trump Trial Vultures,” good one. A little insulting to our fine-feathered vulture friends perhaps, but still a good metaphor. The worst aspect of these morally bankrupt anti-Trumpers is that they are the ones who are complicit in the blatant election rigging and election interference schemes dating back to 2015 and the opening of the Crossfire Hurricane sham investigation. Russia gate perverted the 2016 election of Trump, subverted his administration before taking office, and rigged the 2018 midterm election with the cloud of the Mueller investigation hanging over Trump. The cumulative effect of Democrat treachery helped them take the House and install Pelosi as Speaker. In 2020, we now know that Biden, Blinken, and Morell conspired with the 51 former intelligence officials to draft the phony memo and give Biden a talking point lie in the first presidential debate to cover-up his influence peddling schemes. And now, we are watching in real time as they interfere with 2024 using these naked politicized indictments. If we applied the Jack Smith legal standards to these people, we could easily indict them on, among other charges, the “conspiracy to defraud the United States,” and the “conspiracy against rights.”

I seriously think that President Trump is the only candidate well practiced in facing the cabal’s cruelty to be able to withstand it while completing the rest of the business of government.

When Biden does a teleprompter reading, they have him standing in front of a fireplace with law books on the mantel. At first, I thought this was to make Joe look intellectual. Now I'm starting to think the books are there because they're about to be thrown into the fireplace.

If there are any Trump trials and convictions before the election, they will be overturned by the Supreme Court after the election. Justice delayed will be justice denied, but that's how all of these cases are designed.

What puzzles me is how SCOTUS says states can't sue the feds to force them to enforce immigration law, but through federal supremacy the states are forced to accept the policies of non enforcement, and are forbidden from doing anything to enforce immigration law or even put up barriers to unlimited border crossings by illegal aliens. The Supreme Court seems to be ruling that federal supremacy is absolute, even when federal actions blatantly violate the law. The 10th Amendment is null.

That is strange reasoning by the Court. They’re basically saying if the federal government becomes deranged and decides to destroy the country by opening the borders and inviting the world’s poor to come on in they have the right to do so. “Seeking asylum” is bs. Most never show up for a court date and those who do and are denied just ignore the order to leave the country since it’s not enforced and they know that. Trump says he’ll deport them all when he’s president. Easier said than done. They’ll refuse to leave and fight to stay plus the democrats will do all they can to help them stay. Hard to see how we can survive the damage done and this is only one of many ways the democrats have worked to destroy the country. God only knows where we’ll all end up.

Mark Levin covered this at the time. The despicable Roberts somehow persuaded Barrett to encourage the invasion of our country.

Trump Legal Team is winning, nothing will happen before the election, except maybe the E. Jean Carroll Appeal - best to get that lady in public view as representative of the type of people who Democrats hail as a hero.

It seems to me there are 3 kinds of jurors in cases involving DJT.

1. Those looking at the "big Picture" and believe he must be convicted and destroyed.

2. This who are open minded about destroying him but know he is 100% guilty.

3. Those who will go along with the first 2.

Julie, it's Gobblers Knob, not Creek.

Otherwise, a great post on the lawfare hysteria surrounding Jack Smith's bizarre Jan 6 indictment. A "mostly peaceful" demonstration an insurrection? Even Smith didn't indict him for that crime. Forcing a decision on Presidential immunity from SCOTUS seems a risky move for both prosecution and defense. Who knows what comes next?

I think the Dems win with SCOTUS no matter the decision. If Trump loses, they win. If Trump wins it becomes another black mark and take down of the Court. Taking down the Court is another big goal of the Left.

As I am familiar with Weissmann's history, beginning with Enron and continuing with running the "Mueller investigation", I am very happy that he is unhappy. His arrogance in barking at the judges, two of whom are from his party, is remarkable.

The despicable behavior of the Marxists inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac certainly doesn't surprise me, or anyone else who has half-a-brain and is paying attention to the Soviet-Show-Trials. I suppose this ought to be accepted as the back-handed compliment that it is chiefly because their behavior demonstrates how terrified they are that former (and future) President Trump will win the 2024 Presidential election in a landslide. They must've concluded that they're powerless to prevent Trump's victory, so the only way to prevent that from occurring is to destroy our Representative Republic while claiming that they, and only they, can save it. It's frightening to realize that they very well might get away with it.

“Hope springs eternal in the orbit of Trump trial watchers.”

Every night before I go to bed I get down on my knees and ask God to please tell Putin to shoot a hypersonic missile at the White House to just totally vaporize it along with the despicably vile creature illegally squatting there and also vaporize all of Washington DC which is a democratic snake pit. So is Chicago but I live here so I’d prefer it not be destroyed. Hopefully my prayers will soon be answered since our time is running out. Hope springs eternal.

An interesting article on UnHerd about the unraveling of the American experiment. I believe America has already ceased to exist as a country internally which is why it’s so rapidly unraveling externally. Plus I believe the disastrous failure of the American experiment, that all the world can see happening online just as easily as we do, clearly indicates that human nature is too flawed for the human experiment to survive and we are well on our way to a truly global WW3 which will destroy our global civilization and most likely also humanity. Only AI can save our sinking ship. Fortunately it’s advancing at an exponential rate so we will soon see about that.

“The Trump of 2024 is radically different from the Trump of 2016. Then, people hoped he could fix what was clearly in the process of breaking apart. Now, people instead turn to him for a very different reason: because they think that in the days to come, when America begins the struggle against itself, Trump will hopefully be the one guy actually fighting for their America.”

“As far as hopes go, the hope now being invested into Donald Trump’s third run at the presidency isn’t particularly optimistic. But is it crazy or irrational? Hardly.”

“After MAGA, a new Trump rises.”

His supporters no longer believe the country can be saved.

Trump recorded a speech on the day Mar a Lago was raided. It was named A Nation in Decline, and was sober and low keyed in tone. I realized he has his finger on the pulse of reality on its way. I want him behind the helm. The rest are will have us lost at sea quickly.

Vivek said even if Trump somehow made it to the White House he’d be unable to govern due to so many so intensely hating him due to being demonized for the past 8 years as another Hitler and one of the most evil men to have ever walked the earth. I agree but could even someone as talented as Vivek be able to govern a society as severely fragmented as this? In what sense does America even still exist as a country? This is why I believe only AI is powerful enough to change the path we’re on which is very rapidly taking us to the abyss.

The noun is vulture. Can I suggest vultchin as the verb? “Andrew Weissman is vultchin, for a decision”. This describes both person and the action.

Love the phrase, “Trump Trial Vultures” Julie. Love that the Vultures feel slighted by the courts who had promised them a front row seat on opening day. Whatever will they do to hold public interest in their faux prosecution once election campaigning ramps up? Seems each week, you uncover another truth about these dirty judicial persecutions. Thanks for all you do Julie. We appreciate the headway you are making.
