Seditious conspiracy - up to 20 years imprisonment - will be tossed out 9-0 by Supreme Court as overly broad and vague statute, never successfully charged before like this (most all such charges dismissed), except for Puerto Rican nationalists firing 30 rounds onto the House of Reps floor from the gallery in 1954. Gotta get there fast through appeals process. This Civil War statute is a joke as the jury instructions illustrate, as so well pointed out by Julie.

Obstruction of an official proceeding felony (1512c2) - also up to 20 years imprisonment, will also be tossed out at least 6-3 (s/b 9-0) as inapplicable as it only involves the administration of justice where evidence is being presented - and never charged before like this. Two cert petitions have already been filed with SCOTUS as this issue has already been through the Cir Court.

Forget about Judge Kelly. He will be made to look like the fool that he is.

“He will be made to look like the fool that he is.”

You overlook the fact that the msm considers Judge Kelly a hero who’s fighting to save democracy in America! Believe it or not, a great many people in this society believe what the msm tells them to believe. A great many do believe Jan 6 was an “Insurrection!” and Trump supporters are “domestic terrorists” who belong to the Trump “cult.” Strangely enough, many conservatives seem blissfully unaware of this. I posted a video here of Megyn Kelly talking about getting an autoimmune disease from the vaccine which got one upvote. Even on a conservative site like this most people don’t seem to understand the significance of what Megyn is saying. Sails past most like water off a duck’s back. What does that say about the society we live in?

This is outrageous. This was not a seditious conspiracy. It was a "political demonstration". The only violence done was by the CIA, FBI and the Capitol Police through the plants they had throughout the crowds. And the only ones killed were people backing Trump. All of this is pure BS. These men get these kinds of sentences when we are letting rapists, killers and all the rest out with no jail time. Our country is total upside down

If you will roll over for covid (you did), you will roll over for this (you have).

We are no longer a self-determinant people. We are frightened subjects mollified by bread and circuses (corporate fast food and NFL, NBA, Kim Kardashian...etc.)

No serious person could watch this being done to their fellow citizens, but here we are.

Thank you Julie for all the work you have done to expose this injustice, which has been almost completely ignored by most of the media. I don't know why more people (including members of Congress who profess to revere our Constitution) can't see that these outrageous verdicts and sentences are not primarily directed against the defendants, who have been been unfortunately targeted, but against the the basic Constitutional rights of all Americans. How can any sane person really believe that these J6 defendants have had a right to a speedy trial by an impartial jury as demanded by the Constitution?

If we had an intelligent society we’d still have a country. Too late now. It is what it is. No point crying about it. Only God knows what fate has in store for us as our rotting society slides ever closer to the abyss.

As we citizens with a lick of sense, observe how Moscow-on-the-Potomac is being turned before our very eyes into the very model for any two-bit, tin-horn dictator in any of the wretched Third World countries to emulate in order to impose totalitarian methods, it's incredible to witness the absolutely despicable behavior by Marxist judges, such at Timothy Kelly. We patriots have known for more that 7.5 years that the Marxist-infused Deep State in Moscow-on-the-Potomac despises former President Trump and will use any means necessary to destroy him and his base followers. But it wasn't until this continuing Soviet Show Trial spectacle revealed that the Deep State wasn't confined to the various agencies who fall under the umbrella of the Executive Branch. Rather, that infection has even tainted what was once the impartial Judicial Branch of the Federal government. The attempt by the Marxist federal judges inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac to stretch the meaning of the 14th Amendment to accuse grandmothers and grandfathers, who were simply on the grounds of the United States Capitol, of seditious conspiracy or of participating in an "insurrection" is damned frightening. The takeover by the Marxists' is developing in broad daylight. And, shamefully, no politician who happens to serve in either branch of Congress in the federal government, and who purports to have an "R" attached to their name, has the spine to make loud criticisms of the behavior which has occurred and continues to occur with the rulings made by those Marxist judges. I am not certain which concerns me most, but I think the Marxist judges take the blue ribbon.

Democrats are evil. Now they’re gloating about tossing Proud Boys into prison. I saw video of Vivek being asked if he would pardon them as president and he said he’d pardon any Jan 6 prisoner who wasn’t involved in violence and he’s seen no evidence that these two were. I’d love to see Vivek as president but could he even govern a society as fragmented as this and can we even make it to the election? Things like the “migrant” flood, social breakdown in our cities and the democrat’s open war against us are ripping this society to shreds right now. How much longer can we survive this? No society so devoid of trust and so full of hate can survive as a nation. This is just not working at all.

Ramaswamy blasts 22-year prison sentence for Jan 6 ringleader Enrique Tarrio as ‘wrong.’

There is a problem with Ramaswary. It appeared so disturbing to me that I bought and read his book and in those pages he indicted himself with the following statement.

'The election was done, and it was time to move on. No one likes a sore loser; that’s one of the worst victimhood complexes of all. Accepting the outcomes of elections and having a peaceful transition of power is part of what it means to be a constitutional republic: sometimes your team loses, but if you accept the result and prepare for the next election, eventually the scales will tip your way again. We fought, we lost, and I accepted the result. So I was especially disappointed when I saw President Trump take a page from the Stacey Abrams playbook. His claims were just as weak as Abrams’s. She claimed voter suppression, he claimed voter fraud. He filed scores of lawsuits over various claims of fraud, as was his right, but they came nowhere close to changing the outcome in a single state, let alone the several swing states whose results he needed to overturn. In many cases, judges the president himself had nominated ruled against him, a sign of health in our nation’s institutions. Of the sixty-two lawsuits he and his supporters filed, he lost all but one, a minor victory in Pennsylvania that affected few votes. A Supreme Court with a strong conservative majority ruled against President Trump twice. Top election officials in virtually every state, regardless of party, said they’d found no evidence of any significant level of fraud. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Security Agency issued a statement saying “The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history… There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”8 The president fired the agency’s director a few days later. In a call with Georgia’s secretary of state, the president implausibly claimed to have won every single state—something unprecedented in the nation’s history, and a sign that his claims weren’t grounded in fact.10 Mike Pence, a man I have great respect for, decided it was his constitutional duty to resist the president’s attempts to get him to unilaterally overturn the results of the election, even in the face of the January 6 Capitol riot. Our institutions did hold, in the end. But they shouldn’t have been tested. I won’t go into the details at length. The fact that all of our governmental institutions so unanimously found no evidence of significant fraud is telling. Furthermore, I’ve talked to many Republicans at all levels of government, and not one has ever presented convincing evidence that the 2020 election was stolen from President Trump; very few have seriously tried. I don’t believe that most Republican politicians actually think the election was stolen. Lately, more of them have started admitting that in public'.

All this sounds familiar to me. I read “Woke, Inc” and it could have been in there but I don’t hold this against him. It could simply be that he believed all this a few years ago but the more he looked into it the more he realized he was wrong plus he’s said he also got the vaccine and a booster because he believed the government that it was safe and effective but now knows they were lying. I never got the vaccine because I totally distrusted the government and media then due to many years of seeing their lies, corruption and flat out insanity.

It could well be that he was focused on other things, didn’t know that and trusted what the government and media said about Jan 6. I often go to Sasha Stone’s Substack now and she was a total Woke leftist up to Covid but then began to see their lies, realized everything they said was a lie and is now dedicated to fighting them. She’s also a very intelligent woman yet believed them for many years. I’ve followed Ramaswamy for about 3 years and have no doubt that he now knows what a monstrosity Woke is and that it must be defeated. Even Elon Musk was a leftist who voted for Obama, I think both times, yet I knew Obama was garbage as soon as I read he’d quite comfortably spent 20 years in Rev Wright’s south side of Chicago’s church which gave Louis Farrakhan a “lifetime achievement award.” Farrakhan’s only “achievement” in his worthless life was to have devoted his life to preaching hatred of whites in general and Jews in particular. Elon is a genius but was obviously unaware of that due to the msm hiding such information. Now Elon says Woke is a mind virus which is a threat to civilization and must be defeated.

Megyn says she’s 52 and for the first time tested positive for an autoimmune issue when she went for her annual physical. She says she went to the best rheumatologist in New York and asked her if this could have anything to do with the vaccine. The doctor said yes and she’s not the only one she’s seen this with.

My mother was crippled by Rheumatoid Arthritis. I remember how she would cry from the pain and the ruined life. I always assumed I’d have some form of arthritis when I got older since my mother and uncle were crippled by RA and on my father’s side they all had osteoarthritis, joint pain but not crippling. I’m 73 now though and have never had the slightest problem with arthritis or any other health issue. I attribute this to many years of an intermittent fasting diet and to anti-inflammatories like turmeric/bioperine. I highly recommend listening to the London Real interview with Ed Dowd who also recommends this.

Just checked to make sure this video was still there and it says “This video is private.” YouTube basically canceled it for revealing information about “Sudden Deaths.” Our ruling class is evil and cannot be trusted at all. Watch Megyn asap before it’s canceled.

You can't say for sure that you don't have arthritis based on the anti-inflammatories you took or why M. Kelly has tested positive for an immune disease but I believe that if you look at huge numbers (meta studies) those conclusions would appear. Personally I think you are doing the right things for reasons I cannot go into here. BTW lots of people who have nothing wrong with them test positive for markers which indicate immune activity. Unless it relates to Lupus and about a dozen other serious diseases I would dismiss any worry and keep repeating the tests. Eventually something may show up, or the test will become negative or everything will stay the same without associated symptomatology.

“lots of people who have nothing wrong with them test positive for markers”

I’ve read the same about back pain. I also believe though that my many years of an intermittent fasting diet played a major role plus I’m not saying doing these things are a proven way to avoid arthritis. I’m saying I believe they greatly improved my odds of avoiding it. I even tried to post the video of Ed Dowd recommending IF as a way to strengthen the immune system to help deal with vaccine damage but YouTube had already taken the video down. Dr Robert Malone was a cofounder of the mRNA vaccine. He’d given up on it though due to too many problems. Others kept up with it so he assumed they’d gotten the bugs out when they announced it was safe and effective. Then he had to go to a foreign conference and it required getting the vaccine so he got it. It injured his health and as he researched the vaccine himself he realized they’d simply lied about its safety. There was a good “London Real” video where he talked of this. I copied the video and saved it but when I recently went to it to watch it again it had been canceled. If even someone like Robert Malone could be fooled though it’s not surprising that so many still trust our evil ruling class.

Our ruling class, which includes but is not limited to the Democratic Party, is steadily working to undermine the legitimacy of the Supreme Court and many federal judges appointed by Biden are “social justice” judges who are actively working to undermine the rule of law. Go to Yahoo News any day and read their collection of Woke articles. Even the msm is pretty much solidly Woke and many people believe what they say. The idea that once people learn the truth all will be well is wishful thinking. Many never will even encounter the truth.

It seems likely that these charges will be found unsupportable and, more generally, the notion of "conspiracy" as a crime will be sharply restricted by the decisions that are to come. Like the "honest services" charges that politicians were brought up on in the past, these seem to be anything prosecutors say they are. "Conspiracy" in the absence of an actual physical crime is speech.

There have been many attempts to describe why people do things which appear incomprehensible. A statement attributed to Voltaire has been written many ways and has especially been used to describe the Nazi government, that occupied Berlin in 1939, to justify the persecution of Jews and others disagreeing with the powerful authoritarian fascist state. The loss of personal and legal judgment freely removes all restraints on what human beings may do to one another. Why would they do this? Judge Kelly is the finest example that Voltaire could have had in mind, to explain why, when he remarked: “Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”

Some excerpts below from a Quillette review of a book about the irrational side of human nature. The last one says: “One comes away with the sense that civilization operates on narrow margins and is always on the verge of collapsing into irrationality.” That sure is the truth.

“Mackay makes the case, often in gory detail, that episodes of collective mania seem to be an inevitable consequence of human nature. Humans in every time and place have cast aside their better judgment and allowed themselves to be caught up in all manner of irrational hoopla.“

“His chapters on the Swabian Peasants’ War and Anabaptist uprisings are terrifying depictions of the end-times frenzy that wreaked havoc on northern Europe throughout the 16th and 17th centuries. The distance between these events in the German-speaking world and, say, the Reign of Terror in France or the Chinese Cultural Revolution is not that great. And the speed with which apparently reasonable people moved from the embrace of a new theological idea to a willingness to torture those whose own theological ideas diverged even slightly is startling.“

“There is plenty to recommend about The Delusions of Crowds. It is laden with great anecdotes and the writing is always engaging. One comes away with the sense that civilization operates on narrow margins and is always on the verge of collapsing into irrationality.”
