It is truly unbelievable that this is happening and the corporate news media, Democratic Party leaders, and plenty of Republicans are cheering this travesty. This first indictment will be the first of many, I suspect, related to Trump's alleged role in January 6. Smith will continue to add charges and co-defendants.
Vivek says in his interview with Lauren Chen that a Trump presidency would be crippled by the intense hatred of him by 30% of the public due to the years of demonization of him by the democrats and their media. I agree but would put that number at easily 40%. Plus Trump would never be allowed to take office since the democrats are already planning to steal the election in 2024 as they did in 2020. And they could easily get away with it again since there is such intense hatred of Trump by democrats, their media and in the general public.

Vivek is right that this entire investigation and prosecution is about 2024, not 2020. This is to demonstrate that any objections to the outcome of 2024---lawsuits, protests, efforts to probe election fraud--will be criminalized.

I'm wondering, if Trump wins in 2024, is he not able to immediately revamp the DOJ (and FBI)intelligence apparatus, Pentagon cesspool,HSA...the entire alphabet soup of executive branch agencies, by spooning and scraping out the interactive rot (and questionable collaborators) and replacing that noxious refuge with a vast, deep reservoir of rigorously vetted and pre-selected America First professionals ready to work from Day 1? I've always thought his greatest weakness in office was rooted in allowing platform antagonists to populate the White House staff and executive agency monolith. Big big job, but infinitely worth it. There ARE seasoned, trustworthy, and highly qualified replacements that could help restore our nation beginning Jan 20, 2025, and mark Nov 5, 2024 as America's 2nd Independence Day.

It’s far more likely that Howell will shy away from doing anything that brings powerhouse attorneys into the appellate courts and SCOTUS. It threatens everything she has already done and continues to do. Trump has a lot of exceptional attorneys who are making sure J6 is attacked via the Bill of Rights.
