A lawsuit seeking the suspension of a new DOT policy dramatically restricting non-domiciled commercial driver's licenses is languishing at the D.C. Court of Appeals. But perhaps not for long.
Maybe just this one time the appellate court can do what is right, make this about saving lives and not about hating Trump. We can only hope they have enough sense to make the only decision that should be made.

Why is this a surprise after Democrats in the legislature refused to stand to commit to support the statement that their jobs are to protect the safety and security of American citizens and not illegal immigrants?
The question that reluctantly looms in the back of mind. If we have officials in government blocking attempts to keep Americans safe, are not those officials in fact responsible for the harm caused Americans, and thus are not Americans justified in causing harm to those officials responsible?
This isn't a nebulous cause and effect. The death of Americans on the road from these illegal truck drivers is indisputable. Just like is the death of Americans from illegal immigrants in general. Judges that block attempts to prevent those deaths are in fact contributing to the deaths. Why then are they not to be held accountable for it?
These activist judges are clearly the ‘useful idiots’ Lenin had in mind. I’m not sure they think beyond “if the orange man wants it, we’re against it”. I don’t just mean the death, murders or damage the illegals cause. I don’t think these “judges” understand what Soros, Singham and their coterie of American communist subversives want to do to this country. They may be the most damaging group of ‘useful idiots’ in history.
Maybe one an of all three of the appellate judges should take a ride with an undomiciled driver with a fake CDL and then with a us citizen with a legit CDL. By the way where are Sean O’Brain and the teamsters union??? One would think they would behind their union members in this issue. The level of corruption is just astounding. Once again we can recite the mantra “the justice in the halls of justice are in the halls…” we can’t get Elon Musk to bring autonomous trucking online fast enough.
Perhaps we will get lucky and one of these illegal drivers will plough his truck through the front door of the courthouse in Judiciary Square. Maybe then these morons in bathrobes will wake up.

How do labor unions that have nothing to do with transportation have standing to even sue?
I thought the Supreme Court ruled the Federal District Courts are limited in ruling on National Interests. Am I wrong Julie?
