Judge Tanya Chutkan, with open hostility to Donald Trump's lawyer, pushed back repeatedly as to why she shouldn't partially silence the leading GOP candidate for president. In the end, she did.
I read partially into the court transcript, but I stopped reading because I almost fell out of my chair when the Marxist-dressed-in-a-black robe claimed, on page 26, "that politics stops at this courthouse door." Considering all of her on-the-record disparaging statements made regarding President Trump, including that he should be imprisoned already, because these disparaging statements do nothing if not betray her animosity toward President Trump. They also reveal how deeply she's involved in the Soviet-Show-Trials inside Moscow-on-the-Potomac. It's beyond the realm of imagination that politics isn't present inside that courtroom. But, then again, every sentient being knew and knows that this decision regarding the "so-called gag order" was preordained. And it quite obvious that the guilty verdict, which is certainly to come, was decided years ago by the jury pool comprised of DC voters who voted for Chi-Com Joe to the tune of 96% of the electorate. This entire despicable travesty eliminates any trace of moral authority that used to reside within the DOJ/FBI. It reminds me of the classic, old Jimmy Buffett song called "Down to the Banana Republics."
I read the whole darn transcript. Barr, Raffesberger (sp?), Pence, Miley intimidated? Ruling applies to "potential" witnesses because Trump knows, or should know, because of discovery (but we don't) who NOT to discuss? I'd like Jonathan Turley or Alan Dershowitz to explain if defendants awaiting trial lose some, or all, of their First Amendment rights.
America is rotting in just about every imaginable way from open borders, to lawless cities, to a Woke farce of a judicial system, to dumbed down schools that indoctrinate children with Woke race and gender ideology. A failed state in rapid decline. A good example of why I believe humanity is simply too dysfunctional to survive. Only AI is powerful enough to save our sinking ship. Hope springs eternal. We had a similar run of elite destruction during the Gilded Age. It took a Great Depression where the upper-class became poor too. That was what it took to break their trans of justifying every immoral means to an end of them gaining and retaining control and power.
You’re overlooking the fact that if we had the type of immensely powerful nuclear and biological weapons we now have a 100 years ago it’s very highly unlikely we’d be here now. We simply cannot afford these periodically recurring collapses into insanity and war yet here we go again right down that same very dark path.
But if a country with as many advantages as America can so easily collapse into insanity and self-destruct then what country can survive? And it’s not just the ruling class and their media that’s insane. Many of our “fellow Americans” in the general public are just as deranged. Watch this video from yesterday about black men ruthlessly attacking black women, often to rob or carjack them but at times just for the fun of it. The one woman in the video says three guys attacked her for no reason and then shot her in the face which badly injured her for life. Truly demonic. No sense of right or wrong. Just an empty void where there should be a conscience.

It is their wealthy white educated social justice activists in the media and other places of influence that have planted in them a victim mentality that causes them to justify their immoral actions while also have law enforcement neutered.
Look at a place like Singapore. People will degrade to lawlessness unless there is a strong law enforcement.
But we are no longer enough of a country to impose “a strong law enforcement.” We can’t even maintain a secure southern border. We will soon be paying big time for importing a huge underclass, mostly single young men, with no education, work experience or even morals.
The only folks who can reign Chutkin in are SCOTUS (D.C. is Roberts' region) and that can't happen without going through a few appeals. The later can, and probably will, take time. For the moment, we are stuck with judicial overreach...
In the meantime, when Trump fails to comply, will they enforce the gag and arrest him? Are they hoping for non-compliance in order to nudge some of us into other than "civil" disobedience?
