A LIAR and a criminal.

Garland is scum.

Scum with a face!

Let me see...I want to be altogether fair and just in my highly biased opinion of the ever arrogantly appointed merrick garland. I believe him to be a such an elegantly placed glob of scummy excrement shat from the amply sized rectal area of a scum sucking pig, that gazes upon the reflection in the gutter of a low and dropping further IQ of the half ingested worm known as joe biden.

But, those descriptors could be justifiably offered to most, if not all, of the Slumbama placed administrators that spew their "suspectful" allegiance to a highly failed POTUS with an over enlarged opinion of joe biden for joe biden. But, most of the outlying world already knows this of biden, so there is no surprise there to be obviously recognized.

Please excuse me... while I go to retch!

If you don't believe in America, Liberty, GOD, Our Constitution, or freedom, than you can protest with impunity.

However if you have values, and believe in your country, you might as well pack a bag for a lengthy prison stay.

Who knew entering the Capitol after a Capitol police officer opened the door for you was illegal?

Only in America-once the land of the free.

Thank GOD that Merrick 'double talk' Garland didn't get on the Supreme Court.

What a disaster Garland would have been as a Supreme! One of Mitch’s finer moments.

Perhaps THE one finer moment. If he was really on the ball he would have refused to hear those fake impeachments. Mitch needs to go. He can't be trusted. Surely, Kentucky has a better republican who can serve them.

The ordinary Americans who went to Capitol Hill on J6 went to peacefully petition their elected lawmakers to consider the evidence that was going to presented that showed that the 2020 election results in certain states should not have been certified. This disparate group of Americans from all over the country were not professional activists. They were not funded. They were not violent people. They were pawns. The riot that ensued was fomented by a handful of provocateurs, inexplicably aggressive actions by certain police while other police welcomed them into the Capitol.

The far more violent George Floyd protests, which featured organized and funded BLM and Antifa activists, were treated very patiently by the police. In fact, multiple blue jurisdictions paid the left wing activist protesters damages if the police used any force at all. The pro-Hamas protesters also are organized left wing activists and are receiving the same kid gloves treatment.

Why the difference in how different protesters are treated? In both cases, the DOJs actions have not been based on actual events and actual criminal activity, but in furtherance of a false political storyline. How do you prove that Trump supporters are violent white supremacists? You lure them into a riot and arrest them. How do you prove that Trump is a threat to democracy? You call his perfectly legal conduct crimes and indict him? How do you enrage fair minded Americans? You prosecute J6 defendants and Trump for what clearly are not crimes, but release violent left wing activists and even pay them for the damages they cause.

Mr. Graves, the US Attorney for Wash. D.C. is a power hungry stain on anything that represents fair and just in the United States of America, along with Garland, Chutkan, Engoron, Merchan and all of the Georgia lawfare stooges. They, Pelosi, Mayor Muriel (what a flea bitten dog) Bowser, Raskin, Goldman and about at least 100 more lying swamp water ingesting gutter rats of the Democrap party, should all be sequentially placed in the stocks/pillory set up, so that US American citizens can, at their leisure, throw rotten food at them for an extended number of days. I know I'd give that toss fest a go.

As the days count down to the next election, the attitudes and actions of the Democrap contingent, of what may have been decent human beings in the Obama/Biden supporter court, is showing their decrepit convictions with increasing dedication to far greater "UGLY" than I thought was possible. And we're, what, around 5 months out from the upcoming election.

Vigilance, is going to be difficult when the disgusting bile of negativity keeps amping up the ire of intelligent human beings, who continually have to experience stupid Democrat players revealing their true colors every single day.

So true.

Why would anyone be surprised? Our DOJ, FBI, CDC, FDA, etc., have all been politicizing every move they make. This is just another reason why Trump is going to win in November. Americans have awakened.

Thanks again for the great work, Julie!

Julie, Garland like his fellow appointed Agency Heads are nothing more than placemats. They run nothing. They are the public targets that the #SES Selective Executive Service Program Members in each Federal Agency install.

The thousands of #SES members work in perpetuity and cannot be terminated. Started in 1976 by Jimmy Carter and ratified by Congress, it started out as a means of government recruiting professionals from the private sectors. It has morphed over the decades. Obama may not have appointed over 900 Judges before Trump. But it was more important that he appointed over 8000 #SES members into the various Agencies. I have research on this group, and it was tge group that Trump ran into at the VA, during his first term and wanted to terminate them and could not. Before Trump left office he created, albeit too late, a Executive Order addressing the #SES members and reclassifying them as Schedule F employees. Biden of course rescinded the order and it was in effect for long. (INCIDENTALLY the terminated VA employees were rehired by Biden and are back to the regular jobs). Trump has confirmed as soon as he finishes speaking the Oath of Office, he will reinstate his Executive Order. This absolutely must be done.

What would it take for a major news outlet to hire Julie and put her on the WH press corps so she can tag team with Peter Doocy?

Garland could have made it a much more acceptable and fair denial of the tapes by stating that it’s a principle of DOJ to not conduct investigations and trials of the incumbent six months prior to an election. And then apply the same principle to Trump, ending the documents case “until after the election.” He could certainly keep the collusion from reaching the public.

Another question not asked: in what way specifically would release of the recordings affect future investigations and what kind of investigations would those be?

Expand full comment

There is no future investigation, just like theee was no initial investigation. Just reading the transcript, Biden sounds like a decrepit lunatic. Sotte voce in must be much worse. Obama picked Garland to protect Biden.

Thanks for outlining obvious questions for the MSM. Reporters seem to keep their own intellectual curiosity locked up in some type of pandora's box.

Merrick Garland is the worst attorney general of the United States in my lifetime. And I'm almost 68 years old. That bad. He makes John Mitchell look like a saint.

This is a mean and disrespectful comment. Besides, your forgetting Eric "wing man" Holder.

I didn't know that the Attorney General was the personal lawyer of the President, but that's what this obtuse mentally-challenged AG did. And I'll guarantee that he will never answer any of the questions addressed in the article, either.

He also said that the Den of Jackals (DOJ) is "a fundamental institution of our democracy". Since when? I didn't see it created in the Constitution, so it can't be too fundamental.

Also, his letter says that the investigation by Robert Hur into Biden was a closed case. Therefore, he will have to answer questions put forth by Congress when/if he shows up; he can't use the claim of it being related to an ongoing investigation.

I wouldn't have a problem if they came down on the people who actually discussed raiding the capitol ahead of time, intending to disrupt the Senate. And the ones who were violent to cops too. Looks like that's somewhere around 100 people. But even then, what should that be? 6 mos? A year? 24 mos seems ridiculous. The rest? Tickets, fines, 30 days in jail perhaps. Institutionalized overreaction seems to serve a few purposes, which are terrifying:

1. They want to build the numbers of 'domestic extremism' cases. These cases are all in the same category as jihadis activities. It gives them 'the data' to claim that 'White Supremacism' is the number one terror threat in the U.S. This gives them permission to censor us and target us with lawfare and worse.

2. They seem to be expiating some endless source of rage this ignites in them. It's the only way I can explain how the prosecutors and judges and even some defense attys could all just collude to railroad so many otherwise non-criminal Americans. I truly think this serves a symbolic purpose, a needed demonstration of the level of force the Dems are willing to use to match their hysterical rhetoric. They have so thoroughly embraced their hatred of Trump and MAGA, it's unprecedented and fascinating in a horrific way. It feels like they were on a hair trigger, just looking for an excuse to go medieval on Trump supporters. Same with the Capitol Police that day. Their hateful rhetoric has an effect.

3. They want to make examples of these people to scare others on the Right. They make it clear they will be relentless and stop at nothing to crush us. I think it makes many people think twice about the consequences of political speech and activism on the Right.

Maybe so but it doesn’t help shirking responsibility to letting them know that we mean business. We have to keep fighting, letting our voices be heard loud and clear.

I work with our church youth group, and this week we had our graduation reception. I've always been proud when any of our young people cite plans to serve in the military or law enforcement. This week, I have to admit my heart sank to the bottom when one of our graduates announced plans to join the FBI. These scoundrels are defiling the most honorable institutions we have. So sad.

The good news is, since he belongs to a church group, the FBI has already labeled him a right wing domestic terrorist extremist. If he really wants to join, he should identify as a Muslim. "Death to America" chants also help
